Today: Squat 1x5 60, 1x3 90, 110, 3-1 130kg - Started my feeling my hamstring after the first 130kg set, so I did another single with a different width stance. I think the problem is that I'm not recovering fast enough from the volume on Sunday. Press 1x5 40, 55, 3x3 65kg. Deadlift 1x3 60, 1x2 110kg, 1x1 140, 165, 185kg - matched my PR. EZ-bar curls 3x8 bar+30kg.

Today: Snatch 5x40, 4x60, 3x1 70, 3x80, 2x90, 1x100 kg - felt pretty good, will try to go above 100 next time (100 is my PB) Front squat 3x5 100 kg (these were hard and this is what happens when you can't squat for more than a year)
Well I feel a little better now!
Been working on my chin ups/pull ups/OHP/bench which are coming along nicely. It's just not he same though
Squatted 100kg for 20reps today. Now I feel a little bit more manly. Strength wasn't even an issue, my form was still really good at the end as far as I can tell. It is more that I felt I could pass out any moment if I go for some additional reps. Probably gonna do that again next week with 105kg or so.
PC&J up to 1x100, 1x110, 2x1 120 kg (PR) - did it twice because the first one was ugly. I'm pretty sure I can get 130 when I'm rested, my back was tired from snatching and front squatting yesterday. Video:
Finished with 3 rounds of 12 deadlift (140 kg), 24 bar facing burpees (burpee jump over the barbell). Time 8:52.
cy2wk1 Bench: 62.5kg x 15. Considering that only moving up 2.5kg may have been a mistake. But my incline db pressing is coming along very well so I'm not excatly complaining.

... I'm always alone at the squat rack at my gym. I haven't seen someone do a squat by the squat rack for over a month. There was one guy with the smith machine though =(
I'm always confused when people are happy about other people squatting in their gym. I rather be the only person in the gym that ever uses the power rack, that way I never have to wait around for other people to finish.

Iron sharpens iron. I always feel better when I lift in good company rather than shitty. Barely able to walk last couple days.. Don't know why I'm so fucking sore from front squatting.

That's true, but I think it only applies when you're lifting *with* other people, not just next to them. Lifting with my buddies is good for getting me in the zone, so to speak, but seeing some stranger squatting doesn't do much for my training.

It does if theyre outlifting me! Just my competitive spirit haha, I swear I go for PR's harder if there are guys lifting near me that are outlifting me.
Started by doing some streching, and shit, and some random presses, a girl was doing deadlift with 15kg plates, so I proceed to clean the bar, press it and then do some presses, right after I do a set of 5 for squats, then put it on the ground and she smiles and stares ;D.
she goes again and I add 10kg on each side, and do the same. she smiles again, and I ask her why she's staring at me like that. She says "it's insane what you do! really cool stuff". win.
I proceed to start my real workout:
Back Squat: 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg, 150gk, 165kg x 1 120kg, 125kg, 130kg, 135kg, 140kg x 3 100kg x 1 x 10 (liek a boss).
While I was resting on my sets of 3, I approach the girl and I ask her what is she doing (she's doing the same exercise on different machines and stuff) and I ask her, "Do you want to have a better body? if you put the amount of energy you're using doing those dumb machines by using barbell and stuff, you could have a rocking body in almost no time, It takes dedication and some discipline, but you can do it".
She then proceeds to ask if She will get legs like mine, and I told her no, at least not until you squat heavy heavy heavy.
She asks for a routine wants me to train her.
I then move on to doing some Cleans
60kg x 2, 70kg x 2, 80kg x 1 (A guy came to me and asked "What class are you competing on?. He used to lift a long time a go (when he was 15, he's 40 now) and he said good things about my technique. Gave me advice and cheered me for doing oly lifting). 85kg x 1.
hanging Leg Raise: 15-15-15-15- Dips: 10-10-10
then went upstairs and the girl was there and she winked and smiled at me.
I got to her and I started to do some plyometics shit so I could strech a bit and she's like "wanna do some abs?"
I was like "I never do abs, but I'll try my best". I ended up trying to teach her but to do hanging knee raise and stuff, she said it was too hard and we some laying leg raise with 5kg and stuff.
