Today
Bs doubles bunch at 100/120/140 then 150 160 170 180 190 193 (PR crushed it ass to heels)
Cj singles 5x 125
Snatch doubles 80 90 100 110 115(pr) then triple at 118(Lols never tried a heavy triple, vid later)

Bodyweight pushing 100kg!! Still lean (top four abs visible)

Don't think high rep FS pay off. Form is normally going to break down pretty hard. I am never going above 5s, but I think triples are the way to go mostly. Save high rep for back squats.

high rep front squats will help if your upper back rounds a lot when front squatting.

Today
Squat 1x3 60, 95, 115, 135, 1x1 155, 3x3 170kg
BP 1x3 50, 60, 70, 85, 3-3-3-2-2-2 100kg, 1x5 85 - gonna stay on 100kg for volume for another 1-2 weeks. I think I'm too close to what I'm doing my heavy workouts with.
Chinups 1x3 15, 1x1 27.5, 3-2-2 +42.5kg
L pullups 3x6
Dumbbell bp 8-7-6 32kg - got someone to hand me one of dumbbells. improved from 8-5-5 last week.
