Or fat.
You don't want to look at the nutrition data for a chicken bake. D:
Who cares, all you need to know is the ingredients are only made of 3 things. FREEDOM, APPLE PIE, AND AMURRIKA.

The worst was when I was first starting to get into the Slenderman mythos, and I had just watched one of the Everyman Hybrids that featured The Rake... the Jim Thorpe vid I think.
Not a fun night.
Link? I love this kinda stuff.
EverymanHybrid is alright, you can tell they're not really used to being actors and the "writing" can be kinda iffy. But it had like the best introduction, they played at being a health nut Youtube channel for like 5 episodes where you could see Slenderman in the background, kind of as a joke, but then...
I found Marble Hornets to be an overall much better series, especially when you get episodes like this:
Pro tip if you want something delicious and easy that sounds fancy, go for shrimp scampi basically all you do is melt butter, add olive oil to taste, one and a half dumpster trucks of garlic, and a little white wine or sherry. Cook your shrimp in that until it's pink. Meanwhile, cook some linguine or other noodle. When it's not quite as soft as you like, drain it and toss it in with the shrimp. Tastes fantastic, takes like 20 minutes, cleanup is easy, and it sounds and tastes super fancy. I can dig up the actual quantities I use if yalls wants.
Oh and desserts are another great way to impress people w/o too much effort. Especially shortbread. It's got four ingredients and the only thing you can do wrong is burn it. I remember this one by heart: 1/2 lb butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 3/4 cups flour. Mash everything together. It helps if the butter's a little warm before you start. Press it into a pan and bake at 325 for half an hour, then turn down to 250 and bake an hour. If you add a little vanilla extract it's even better. Or for extra gg tier, set aside some sugar well in advance, and leave a vanilla bean or two in it.
