Oven is fine if the steak is really thick and you can't get a clean cook through it and you're worried it's still going to be a bit cold on the inside. But at that point you may as well make a casserole or just cut it thinner..? | ||

There's no way you can cook a slab of ribeye steak from Costco in a wok without under/over cooking some parts.
