One thing I hate about cooking shows is how nicely organized they are and they make it seem so simple to add ingredients to whatever you're making.

They got their mise en place all set up, everything measured nicely in the containers, all good to go.

BUT THEY NEVER CLEAN THAT SHIT UP!
HELL THEY NEVER EVEN SPEND TIME PUTTING IT IN THE CONTAINERS!

Just got home 30 mins ago from a long day of work and gym (was probably too tired to be at gym zzz). Made the dish I recommended for Req's date cuz:

I'm glad to see you added meat to it, the lack of any meat at all in so many of the recipes people were talking about makes me so sad.

It's like the ACTUAL recipes are: grill awesome steak or fish, then do this recipe!

I would suggest if you don't have quality olive oil or parsley to add a little bit of egg white to your "sauce" so it mellows it out a bit. Egg yolk means you end up with carbonara, which isn't bad, but is much richer and doesn't pair as well with seafood (and my bias is that scallops are just date++)

After working in a Pizza Hut as a cook, I can't stand cheese of any kind. That shit just ruins your sense of smell so fast. Especially when you have to clean the Cook Rack. God help your sense of smell after that.

String cheese isn't even made out of cheese. Pizza hut cheese probably isn't cheese either.

Brie is a very inoffensive and accessible cheese if you find hard cheeses to be too strong

I actually kind of like string cheese.

But I would call it quite far from delicious. It's a snack.

That's like saying tortilla chips are a five star delicacy. Chips are great but, no?
