Smokescreen and Tumble are your best friends. Take both of them asap.
Yea, even jailer is not so bad as long as you have tumble. Waller plain out sucks though. Waller has that added benefit of blocking your arrows/spells.

Wallers are fucking lame as hell to deal with, especially when they're the rare mobs so you get trapped in box while shit like frozen or w.e kill the shit out of you.

Play on the harder difficulties, and you can level very fast. esp if you got paragon levels and twinked out helm gems to help you.

Is Diablo 3 still only 4 players max?

Sadly. Though I feel like more than 4 would cause shit to get TOO real. There's already so much shit going on screen that more people just adds to that.

Basically yea. My HC Barb is level 30 and just starting ACT 2 now. PLaying on Expert now.

what you abuse difficulties?

You can, in non-HC so long as you already have a 60, you can level from 1 - 60 in under a day. 2 hours of play time got my Normal Barb from 1-60 by just having someone come into my torment 1 level 1 game and kill everything for me.
|
what if you are solo, is it just normal then?

It depends on the difficulty. Playing on Expert Mode gives you 100% exp and Gold that modifies your CURRENT value. So if you have a helm with 21% EXP find (Perfect Square Socket) you'll have 242% exp on Expert. Once you reach 50 you unlock master, and once you reach 60 you unlock torment.
TLDR Harder Difficulites = Better loot/exp but WAY longer to kill stuff. Find what works best for you and go for it.

So glad I don't have to play through the same 4 acts over and over again.

Did it on various difficulties just to try it out. There's a huge jump between Masters and Torment, an even bigger on between Torments. I ended up finish quests on Masters, just to get a nice balance of clear time/difficulty, without bashing my head on my desk cuz of stupid power combos. Is it just me or did they nerf DH's hatred generation? I remember not having any real issues with Hatred usage, but now I'm always starved for it.

They nerfed quite a bit of it yea. You now only get 1 Hatred per second base rather than 2. Most of the generators also give 3-4 less hatred per hit. To make up for this though, we have the "Better" prep and the new Bat Companion on use that gives 50 Hatred on a 30 second CD. The main reason they did this was to nerf the Strafe Build. Similar reasons to the WW Monk/Barb Builds.

Anything that's good gets nerfed. Why I stopped playing, actually.
