Because my RPG-obsessions are compelling me. The average JP gain per battle scales somewhat in proportion with the JP required for level-up, which keeps you in a realistic range. Basically you can get like 5 JP per battle in the Prologue, 10-15 in Chapter 1, ~30 in Chapter 2, ~50-70 in Chapter 3, ~200-300 in Chapter 4, after which JP gains level off.
The big jump in JP required is that going from 8->9 requires 800 JP, while going from 9->10 requires 3500, which essentially means you have to be insane to go higher than job level 9 before chapter 4. This corresponds with the rate the game expects you to progress--you're provided with each level of magic at about the time you're expected to get the class to the level to use it.
To put this in more straightforward numbers, maxing out Freelancer in the Prologue would take ~5800 battles, and everything else would take ~4800, so maxing out all 5 classes you get in the Prologue would take ~25000 battles.

The Ankazed Dynasty grows closer to completion with this Annihilation Barge! + Show Spoiler +C&C welcome, of course. Damn. Really clean paint job. Maybe it's the lighting, the main thing I notice here is that you're using a matte black foundation with a faded silver scheme which means the overall paint job is very plain. The individual components and features all seem to blur into each other when you're looking at it. I think there's scope to additional highlights to accentuate stuff (such as the indents between the segments on the crescent frame of the body, or a lighter blue neon glow on the power cables). A really thin gold trim on the corner edge thing of the crescent would look good too and help break up the shape of the ship. Would be good things to focus on for the next layer of paint. A minor note as well: the blue base layer on the power cable doesn't go all the way to the base which might be awkward after you apply the second highlight layer? Yeah, the black base really calls for some edge highlighting I think, but I'm not sure what to do with it. I could do a dark grey or a deep blue, which will make the edges pop a bit more but still be a bit downplayed. Or I could go with a silver edging, which would give very sharp edging.
The other option, like you said, is to paint the indents a different color. White in the recessed portions would give a strong contrasting look, but I fear it would take away from the sleek look I tried to go with. The dark blue is another option as well.
The cables are actually kinda hard to see in the picture. They're actually a very dark blue base on the cables with the blue you can see as a highlight. I could do another layer of even lighter blue, but I don't know how that'd look.

I've got a handful of resources that I've collected recently: rumor mills, tactica, painting guides, etc. In particular, Orks and IG are supposed to be getting updates, while Adeptus Mechanicus are rumored to be either becoming an Imperial supplement like the Inquisition or become a new army of their own, possibly alongside the Imperial Knights. Wait wait, what? Mechs and Knights? Oh my god. I... I need this. Are they bringing back the Jetbike? The Ravenwing Jetbike is cool and all that, but there's so much more it could be. Unsure about the Jetbike, the AdMech codex is a rumor at this point, nothing in the near future. The Knights are going to be featured in next month's White Dwarf, the types confirmed so far being Knight Errant, Knight Paladin, and Knight Lancer. They can be fielded as their own force (lol) or as an allied detachment to any Imperial force. Gonna be really cool seeing these things fighting a Wraithknight or Bio-Titan.

I could do another layer of even lighter blue, but I don't know how that'd look. If you're not that into the strong contract, then how about a theoretical light source would diffuse on the model and then dark grey edging with lighter grey highlight in select areas? That would avoid the need for silver edging or painting the recessed areas.
For the cables, you could add a light blue/snow highlight so it looks like there's energy pulsing through the cable? Alternatively, you could make it look like the cable is pleated/banded sort of like the effect in these Cygnar warjacks/infantry.

Kind boxy and makes sense. But don't think they'd fit with Elysian or Deatth Corp of Krieg models that well though.

Anything more is just really masochistic (and you won't even be able to use a lot of the levels properly anyway e.g. you can't buy level 2 White Magic until Chapter 2 even if you have the level to use it)

If I have 5000+ dust, and I want to make Mukla, should I make Mukla or golden Mukla?
edit: Does golden Mukla give golden bananas?

Seems quite likely to give Golden Bananas (ooooooh, ba na na), given how that gold Thoughtsteal and Mind Vision give gold cards.

Are you more scared of the guy that plays Jace the Wallet Sculptor, or the guy who just tapped his Alpha Duals to play the Foil Jace?

I'd be scared of the guy who never bought his gold cards and got them all from packs because RNG is clearly on that guy's side.

Foil Goyfs are worth more to me than Wallet Sculptors.
Hell, Wilder Necatls are worth more to me than Wallet Sculptors. (WIlder necatle is the German Wild Necatl).

Out of curiosity, would anyone care to watch KH 1.5, Uncharted, TLoU, or Dark Souls streams? I've played Dark Souls before, beating most of the game, only the second DLC boss gives me trouble, but I haven't fought the other two yet really.
Would be starting from scratch since I just picked up a PS3 today and am setting it up currently.
