It's a battle of APM and multitasking and Reynor is the faster player. Maybe Byun from 2016 could beat him but Byun from 2023 is going to have a very hard time of it. It doesn't help that Reynor practices with Clem who plays the same way Byun does so it's the style he's most familiar at playing against. Well why doesn't Byun just change it up against Reynor then? Because Byun doesn't change up his style. He never has. He only plays one way. This is always been his biggest weakness as a player and why I consider him the weakest of the top Korean Terrans.

I really dont buy that excuse. While there are certain preparation build here and there, but there are steps to get into a conservative and safe game, Cure is the perfect example as this. But players like Byun, Maru and herO, Dark just dont rely on safe approach, they always trying to be aggressive and reckless without any scouting information.

I do think Byun would have a chance if he was able to slow down and tighten up his defense even a little. After all, Clem beats Reynor with this style. but yeah, in general he just doesn't have Clem's speed any more.

Tanks is better defensively, Mines is better offensively, but ideally you need BOTH. Thats why you need double factory producing non-stop, Byun cut his Factory production for more Bio.
