O'Gaming is glad to announce the 3rd edition of the OG 6 Start tournament!
If you don't know what this tournament is about, in OG 6 Start each player starts with only 6 workers instead of 12, on LotV. Maps are the same than the current official ladder maps, and except for the starting supply, nothing else (like mineral/gas or units balance) has been altered.
The prize pool is starting with 300€, increased with Matcherino (last season the prize pool reached 800€).
Prize pool breakdown:
- 1st player takes 50%;
- 2nd player takes 25%;
- 3rd & 4th players each take 12,5%.
This edition is special for it's opened to everyone regardless of rank or region. Everyone can qualify through 4 Open Qualifiers to be played this week:
- Qualifier 1: Wednesday, Jun 21 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) [Register here]
- Qualifier 2: Thursday, Jun 22 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) [Register here]
- Qualifier 3: Friday, Jun 23 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) [Register here]
- Qualifier 4: Sunday, Jun 25 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) [Register here]
Check-in opens 2h before, at 16:00 GMT (+00:00).
2 Players will be qualified each day for the Group Stages, to be played the following week:
- Group A: Tuesday, Jun 27 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
- Group B: Tuesday, Jul 04 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
The 2 Players arriving first of their respective group will then be playing the semi-finals and grand final on Wednesday, Jul 05 5:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00).
The tournament will be broadcasted in French on ![[image loading]](http://www.teamliquid.net/images/flags2/fr.png) O'GamingTV and in English on ![[image loading]](http://www.teamliquid.net/images/flags2/uk.png) WardiTV.

Players are not / poorly prepared, so games are alike or are'nt as good looking.
But at least it's one more tournament.

Very few protoss playes and none qualified, does the 6 player start misfavour protoss?
