That was a very slow trollbat timing they had almost the same worker count after it.
A small 8 trollbat timing like that isn't too costly just armory + extra hellions. 350 minerals and 100 gas?
He lost cause he didn't properly scout the gasses at the third, nobody would go for a lot of mutas without 5th and 6th gasses and vs a roach all in he can just pull his third back for a while, if he is still scared of mutas.

Turrets themselves have to be secured during their construction

yeah, but making 4thors when only 2techlabed factories were running at that point was quite overdoing it
