It's sad that this is the end. When CS GO has over 100 k viewers and league has over 300k viewers... and SC 2 gets 50?
When protoss' can go blink all ins and get scouted early and still win... somethings wrong. It's equivalent to scouting 2 guys in a brush in League, and still die 2 on 3. Please nerf the blink c/d or research time. THe mothership core vision radius didn't do anything.
This is what i love about League. somethings broken, they fix it next patch. You never see the same champions played for a year which creates change. People don't wanna see BL/infestor every game, or nowadays, blink all ins or immortal pushes. Fixing broken things in League of Legends is much easier. Conceivably they can nerf something that is broken until it is unplayable because players can play other champions. If you nerf a race in SC2 until it is unplayable you have tons of pro players of that race without a career. They did it with Terrans. Watch how many terrans retired in past weeks / months... Taeja is the next one.
With research you'll see that only two terrans have retired (Ball the Taiwanese player and Verdi who streams quite a bit) in 2014, with Sting being the last somewhat notable one in recent months dating back before Q4 2013.
You're argument is invalid.

Yeah and no patches ever came that "fixed" the game. Players adapted and we got zerg and protoss champions

Don't talk to me about BW, i grew up with it. Intotherain was my favorite player, you probably don't even know who that is. BW was the best game i've ever played, and League is the only thing close.
Why is that people today only talk about the cool good things in league like the back door today?? while in the SC 2 community, it's all about imbalance and not about how good Sos played??
DAVID KIM, PUT IN CHANGES and if they don't work, tweak the numbers more. how hard is it?

Um.. I wouldn't tie the entire Terran race "dominating" because those specific players played above a whole new level. Race distributions weren't as lopsided, and those "bonjwas" were just clearly a level or two above the rest of the field.
Plus in BW you also had your Protoss/Zerg "bonjwas" or players really close to that status.

This is what i love about League. somethings broken, they fix it next patch. You never see the same champions played for a year which creates change. People don't wanna see BL/infestor every game, or nowadays, blink all ins or immortal pushes. I think that the maps are the big issue, of course there are other problems with Protoss, but the maps are just ridiculous, like more than 50% of the map pool favors blink builds. There are so many places to blink that defending against it takes so much effort. This is a very common and very bad argument. If maps with relatively standard features regularly cause imbalance, that is not a map issue, it's a balance issue. All of WoL was basically contorting and dismembering map making to enable really shitty design to function. Because of this, map making is now severely restricted. Can't have an open natural or protoss can't expand, can't have hard to defend thirds because protoss has to all in etc etc. The last thing this game needs is more limitations of the already stymied map making. Anyone who is actually trying to make competitive maps for this game has my sympathy and respect, it must be a fucking nightmare. It's time to call a spade a spade and just take the bull by the horns. If half the maps are imbalanced, guess what? The maps aren't the problem. Or you change the standard. No that's an awful idea. Then you just keep sweeping the problem under rug, as more and more options for map making are systematically eliminated. If something is OP or broken or unfair, you nerf it. If something is bad, you buff it.
We have tried the map route to balance, and it left us with stale and repetitive maps. It's a rather inane form of reasoning tbh. In the case of blink all ins, you'd have to create completely silly map pools to put an end to it. No more large open mains, no more cliffs outside of the natural the offers entry to the main etc. Basically every map would have to be designed so that the main + nat was a fortress. This is one of the most damaging and unproductive solutions proposed and I deeply resent it.

Yellow is one of the greatest players in BW and most famous. If you are comparing fantasy to yellow, then you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Nal ra won more than fantasy and is more remembered for created strats, and was creative.
Fantasy is just a solid player. I'm not even gonna argue this.

I should've highlighted for 2+ years part. 9 years of domination. People are ranting about protoss dominating 4 tournaments for 6 months.
The problem isn't domination itself. The problem is that PvP finals aren't that interesting to watch, and CONSTANT all-ins (not only against Terran) are going out of the hand. This cannot simply be solved by blink nerf.
