I don't think it's imbalanced, but I do think Innovation won due to mules. If he had to transfer workers, the hidden base wouldn't have worked.
It's easily countered by having a couple of lings go down there, which DongRaeGu could've done.

The thing is, it takes a long time to build ultras and they're expensive units. You have to give it your all in spending on mutas + banes because if you let up, you'll end up losing your 4th and its gg. + you're having to constantly micro while thinking about all this.
I do think DRG had some windows of opportunity for the transition though, but you can only really go for it in that period when you have map presence and Terran is like 20-30 supply down.

Are you stupid? Innovation because he could fly the OC over to make another expansion and he could stay easily mule it for a burst of income in a game where both were struggling with minerals and DRG couldnt even afford a hatch. While he did micro like a beast it doesnt change the fact that the expansion won him the game
