No...Because in match-fixing the match is already pre-decided and so that betters can rig profits. If you forfeit, no matter the reason, you forfeit. That isn't rigging the system because CatZ cannot control who Kane plays next. It is up to Kane's skill. Either way Kane probably would have won so CatZ didn't waste his time. | ||

Matchfixing is when you predetermine matches to make money by betting on them. Forfeiting your spot in the tournament to a friend is not matchfixing | ||

And I'm sure Kane is not really happy to go through this way. Or it shows a lack of confidence from CatZ about Kane. | ||
