He stopped producing results after the Queen range patch in May 2012, he made it back into Code S once in 2012 S4 but fell out immediately.
He plays in WCS EU now, lost in the ro16 last season.

I'd also add that his performance after Coach Ryu left showed who was the mind behind MMA's play...
What if i told you. Boxer was the mind behind MMA's play.
But still, he had solid mechanics as well, and terran is mostly for the mechanically good people, even Innovation admits he doesn't have a very strategic mind, he simply wins on macro and mechanics alone.
Actually Terran is the only race that gave us a GSL-Champion who was totally inferior mechanically to his opponent. MVP says Hi. But yeah. of course he had good mechanics. He still is decent. But since Boxer is gone he's a mid/low tier Code A player.
Someone seems upset that Mvp didn't win GSL October :p
What? Did i phrase that wrong, or did you just not read correctly. MVP is the GSL champ who won a a Championship despite him being inferior in every (mechanical) way to squirtle.

As much as I like Squirtle saying he's mechanicly superior to Mvp in almost every way seems abit silly.
At the time everyone seemed convinced that Squirtle was by far the better player in actual Stacraft 2 " mechanical skill ". It was probably true, but it didn't matter because he was worse at playing a bo7 and worse at winning tournaments.
Exactly. At that level style, mental work and preparation are needed to capitalize on your mechanical skill is higher. MKP suffered from the fact that his play was onedimensional and cheese happened way too much.

Ah, this was right after his second place at IPL4 and his pretty sick streak in the GSL right? Makes more sense then, but yeah, beating Mvp in a BO7 is something else.
Yup this was right after Squirtle's breakout performance at IPL4 and he went through that GSL season only losing one map in the ro32, he went undefeated in the ro16 through to the finals.
Nobody slaps down hype like Mvp.
That whole season was just Mvp slapping down hype. First stopping Naniwa in the ro8 in Naniwa's first Code S season, then smacking down Parting who looked unbeatable in PvT and said in his interview he would 3-0 Mvp, then slapping down the undefeated Squirtle.
Damn, that was a good GSL season.
My favourite sofar, everytime Mvp was seen as the underdog and everytime he came through. Loved it.
I don't know if Fionn or Waxangel share our feelings though, that entire season was nothing but MVP laughing in their faces.

Agreed, my favorite one ever in fact. I liked the overall story of the three best protoss players in the world at the time (Parting, HerO, Squirtle) making it to the semifinals convincingly and then Mvp winning. He even killed the overall protoss hype. Hell, he killed the hype of Squirtle's amazing comeback with an 11/11 that failed and then still worked.

Not to forget the reaction of Mvp after winning <3

TB will usually pop into threads to crow about how ryung's tvp is his best matchup, i don't think it's his weakest anymore
Well he did take HerO to a game 5 recently but watching him play both vs Tassadar (that near-throw) and vs Mad Bull... I don't know Kev it's looking not so hot ;;
when will the Hellvac bbq party stop double or quad hellvac ? x3
hope MMA will do an hellion runby before hellbats can hit and then just defend. Or don't go for orbitals and everytime hellbat comes load in 15 workers into the ccs and laugh.

Maybe ryung just has a hidden weakness vs hoseo protosses.
