You can dissect players losing to certain players at all points in their career, yeah, MVP had Nestea's number a lot. But the fact is, 3 GSL titles, when Zerg was UP, and one of which undefeated? Revolutionizing the ZvP (3 hatch vs FFE, spine crawler rush) and ZvZ (NesteavZ) match up? He was the best Zerg in the world until DRG/Leenock came alive in mid-late 2011 and Nestea's age caught up to him... as well as everyone else. Sorry, I hate to beat this dead horse, but Nestea is the reason I play Zerg... I'm passionate.

The thing is, MoP's entire point was his claim that Nestea was not the best Zerg after mid-2011, which is generally agreeable. He just decided to use some rather...strange arguments when all people needed were some wording clarifications.

He started to play increasingly bad games around the November season while Leenock stormed MLG Providence/GSL and DRG owned in Blizzard Cup. Mid-2011 Nestea was still the best zerg.

I agree, in fact my instinct was to say that Nestea was the best Zerg until 2012 started but then I remembered DRG and Leenock's November-December performances. My post did say "after" mid-2011 and "generally" agreeable though to soften the concerns. ![]()
