I'm surprised that so many more people are watching OGN 1 instead of GSL 1. I suppose it's just because it's the "default" channel, because GSL 2 has many more (and you have to know what's up to be watching the second channel).

Anyway, I'm soooo excited to watch TLO vs Stephano. Been respecting and enjoying ZvZ a lot more lately even though I don't have a great understanding of it, so hopefully watching these two beasts will help me out!

I like hearing the Korean casters in the background.
Even during difficult times, when I sat down to play the game, there were times where it felt like god has descended down and played [for me].

Btw. why are they running two groups in parallel when they have 5 hours time?
How long does groups play take normally?

I think it's only right to watch the OGN stream when they are doing the production in their building. It's also nicer when the casters are actually there. I'll watch GSL when it's a GSL production and OGN when it's an OGN production

Exactly.

Who compared Soulkey to Kyrie Irving. And plus, Grant hill, Ginobilli, or Steve Nash before injury were all much better than Kyrie Irving. WTF. bad analogy please

That would be me and here's the reasoning: Irving's one of the NBA's new stars. He's a stud on a bad team (Soulkey's on a good one, but I made this up on the fly). Ryung's Nash because he's been really, really good before but never won the big one and is a great teammate. Alive's Grant Hill, because he went from being good but not great before slowly fading into obscurity, but never quite making it there, creating a very quiet but successful career for himself. Alicia has had the ups and downs that Ginobili's had over recent years and never got the praise he deserved because he was always overshadowed by teammates despite his performances in teamleagues and playoffs.

I made it up in 30 seconds, so cut me a bit of slack :D

That rule should apply to all tournaments, never know if some cheesy fucker would play something pre-recorded with a sound when its time to inject and such.

Ah... you got a point. But that only applies to Zerg. What about Protoss and Terran then? And even then you still miss those "messages." There's a reason why even prop players get supply blocked forever despite the warning that you are supply blocked.

Eh, I always thought it was a tad weird that players can have their ipods or iphones plugged in TBH. I mean, obviously TLO isn't the kind of guy to do something sketchy with that. But, it improves the integrity of the tournament. Nothing wrong with that.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

I'd say WCS EU ran 3.5-4 hours per group

I disagree. I take the four guys in a heartbeat. Two really solid guys who are very good in their respective teamleagues, and two foreign Zergs who look better and better every appearance.

And 1 guy who just won a GSL, one of the favorites to win the finals, ace of his team and hitting his age of dominance.

On the other hand Ryung is one of the funniest people in SC2.

I do love Ryung.

Wasnt it ryung who made all the funny pictures of MMA?

Yes, he's also pretty gosu at whatever the hell this is:

that was mildly entertaining LOL

A single Dual Tournament group can take up to 5 or 6 hours, and they have to get through 4 today.

It is comments like these that leaves me constantly cheering against Mvp.

They are absolutely true. Ryung got lucky in game 1 with the air dominance that Mvp didn't react to. Well played by him. But Game 2 and 3 were lessons.

But you could also say that Mvp got lucky with his hellbat drops that Ryung didn't react to in games 2 and 3. It goes both ways

Not taking anything away from Ryung's play in game 1. He played well, he won. But at no point in game 2 and 3 did he even look close to Mvp's play.
