Maybe Sniper should have used his Nydus build to hit Parting's main or natural AFTER Parting started to move out with his sentry/immortal all-in. He'd probably need at least two (probably more like 3 or 4) simultaneous Nydus' to ensure that at least one could get up and running, but could this work as a counter build?

It's so stupid that in SC2 we have a race that can be played a number of different ways but one of them is so strong we rarely ever see the others. Why play a style that only works 40% or 50% of the time when you can just turtle into mass infestor/hive and win 90% of the time even when your opponent knows what you're doing?

Glad you think so. Since we can see eye-to-eye on this we can also agree the matchup needs a huge makeover in order to make sure it isn't like PvT a few months back:
Terran allins, or Protoss completely owns him

I'm not really supposed to say this as protoss but there's something quite good against immortals & forcefields. It's called baneling drops + zerglings.
Always wondered how come a build designed to crush roachling was so good at crushing roachling... Could it have been because it was designed to crush roachling?
You sound like the terrans who used to complain storm + colossus was too strong against bio... well duh, that's kind of the point.
