1. Pay for the stream as sub. 2. Have it only for that channel. 3. Have it turned off on TL. #SavingeSports!

I agree with what you're saying, but I think Blizzard mapmakers just fill a different niche than Kespa mapmakers. Blizzard is trying to make maps that appeal to everyone, from ladder all the way up to pro play. Kespa is trying to make maps that shake up the metagame, and that can be played in very controlled circumstances by pros who practice for a week for a single game in a known matchup. I like how out there Arkanoid is and everything, but if I had to choose between laddering and even individual tournaments on a conventional map pool, or the Proleague map pool, I would take the safer, more generic maps in a heart beat. That's not to say that Kespa can't or won't make maps that could work in a conventional map pool, but as it is right now, they're probably more concerned with pushing boundaries than making maps that could work in any other tournament or ladder.

And so far theres no map that frequently features only once race, albeit a few PvP on Caldeum. At the same time, just look at Kerrigan Altar LE or Wonwonwonhana. Just tell me which map needs to be phased out after Round 1 please, no bias please. People calling Proleague a map-testing league just because their maps are unique is pure shortsighted Im not saying they arent pre testing it but the balance of a map is hard to dictate thru minor testing or even major tournament testing. Ill use Antiga Shipyard TvZ as an example of it. Antiga's design isnt even that radical so you would think it would be fairly well understood. However that map seems to have flipped over past 3 months. 2 seasons ago in GSL EVERY terran picked Antiga in Code S in there TvZ's. It was a zerg graveyard until all of a sudden this season zergs started winning on it and terrans seem to have switched up what map they want to play TvZ on. So I dont doubt that they test there maps. However when you have maps that are as game changing as the ones KeSPA is bringing out there is just no way there tests are going to be 100% and thats fine because if something game breaking is discovered later in a certain matchup you can just not send that race out.
