A 'shit' league is the last place you want test maps because you want to see it at the highest levels. Having PL players playing on them is great, we can see what type of strategies comes out from the top gamers. But the format is good for it because teams can pick the race (that is why you see a lot of mirrors in BW PL as well due to maps). So if teams start stacking a certain race for a map (or not picking one of the races at all), Kespa can then see what the issues are and implement some tweaks. | ||

Thing is, no one know whether it is balanced or imbalanced yet (well, maybe the kespa pros who have been playing a lot on it but still relatively new to them). I think people are all for new maps and strategies. We just would prefer to have it tested in a PL setting (teams can pick races) before it is unleashed to individual leagues like a GSL, MLG, etc. | ||
