1) turn vortex into much smaller animation, costs 10 energy, targets 1 unit only and vortexes it, 3 second cooldown, only that 1 unit is vortexed. so essentially vortex turns into a super powerful yamato cannon that doesnt kill the unit but phases it out of existence for a bit. removes archon toilets since archons cant go into vortex anymore. vortex cannot target other motherships 2) mothership gains new spell, purify, that increases movement speed to 3.0 for 30 seconds and doubles its attackdamage. 50 energy 60 second cooldown 3) mothership accell / deceleration speed made instant, which makes it so the mothership no longer needs a second-long "slowdown" period before casting its spells while moving. Instead the motherships spells become instant cast | ||

Yeah agreed. All of the other lair techs are so situational or require insane control whilst infestors is basically a catch-all solution that is relatively mistake-proof. Luckily hydralisks are getting more love come hots but i wouldn't mind seeing mutalisks get some love too. | ||
