Attack upgrades are a lot more important as vikings are shooting 2 rockets so you are right about first getting attack. The trouble was it was TOO effective. It forced Suppy to just give up on all his bases and all in with his broodlord army and it couldn't be stopped due to Hero's units being all over the place. I was waiting for someone to point this out. Four warp prisms of harrass, plus units warped in with them to harrass, is a lot of supply away from your main army meaning Suppy had to know HerO didn't have enough to deal with his army. | ||

After trying trying trying and trying he did get damage done but if u spend zealots and high temps all game then 20 minutes later kill one hatch and 20 drones it doesnt mean it was effective... | ||

If he hadn't wasted so many templar killing the least important part of Suppy's gameplan, he would have won the last engagement by feedbacking the 10+ infestors that Suppy had. Drones are almost like SCV's later in the game. Their best use isn't for mining, rather they are best as spines and spores. You really only need gas and 2 bases of mineral saturation after brood lords come to build up bank and turtle up with the best (almost unbeatable) defensive composition. That's only about 40 or 50 drones. If you listened to the cast at all, Khaldor states that Suppy has over 100 drones at one point. What's the point in killing 60+ drones if he doesn't really need them anymore? | ||

1)warping in from a warp prism and doing damage vs a slow late game compositions economy is marginally skilled. 2) Killing harvesters in the late game when your opponent has almost rounded out their ultimate army doesn't mean much if you don't have the gumption to deal with the army. Yesterday I saw puma lose to nightend in game one where nightend lost his first stalker, lost like 8 stalkers to a drop that they should prevent, a twilight council thus delayed ups and a delayed fourth. Then Nightend got to win because puma had to micro verse nightends 1a. It happens. | ||

Kinda just makes the lategame boring, no matter who wins. again, his harassment was good in the late game, when suppy already HAD an army that hero couldnt deal with, what good is eco harassment when that's not the main issue? hero's harassment in the early game were basically all for nothing, he lost at least 10 zealots (i count at least 6 at the 4th) and didnt do any damage. effective harassment in different parts of the game isn't all the same. | ||
