Nerchio is favored against Stephano - ZvZ is Stephano's weakest MU and Nerchio's best. HerO is favored too. I don't think Stephano has beaten him in a Bo3. The rest, they're not favored, but they're not incapable of winning vs. Stephano. Keen is a dangerous foe because of who he practices TvZ with. when stephano was in korea and play that championship thing he beat hero 2-0 right? You mean when Hero was notably playing the worst SCII of his entire career. Yeah, he lost to everybody there. He went Nexus first in PvP and tried to secure watchtowers with cannons. Also cannon rushed after pool was done. So... yeah. I wouldn't fall back on that stat. so a loss doesn't count when someone is playing the worst sc2 of their career?
It doesn't have much to do with how things are now, no.

Hero beat Stephano while he forgot warpgate. That was in a teamleague ace match too. And it was their most recent series. Hero also has better PvZ than both Squirtle and Parting. I'm going to have to agree with this. HerO's best MU is PvZ anyways.

Similarly when Koreans dominate in other tournaments, there aren't many top tier foreigners.

Still a weak Korean representation compared to MLGs.

It has 3 Koreans who've achieved a Code S top 8.
I'd not put any of them as favourites to do a repeat performance anytime soon though.

Hero beat Stephano online when Stephano just got home from vacation he didnt play for over a week. Trust me Stephano gonna crush Hero its gonna be Parting/Squirtle all over again

Hero got knocked into Code A by Curious, who isn't exactly one of the best Zergs around. It's possible for Hero to beat Stephano, but he is no way favoured. Hero is overrated at PvZ.

People said the same thing about Stephano and MC/MarineKing. "Stephano lost to MarineKing and MC and Homestory" "He just wasn't that good at that time so it doesn't matter" like wtf...
My opinion is that whenever someone loses to someone, they lost. Doesn't matter how bad they play or whatever, they lost.

Plenty of them left to win the tournament anyhow. Hero/Taeja/Keen are still the more likely to take it home over a foreigner I'd say.
(oops, forgot JYP)

It has two top eight Code S guys while there are some very talented Koreans left (I think Taeja and Hero are probably the two best there), they aren't really on the level of a MKP, DRG, MVP, Squirtle and those guys.

stephano is playing hero? I thought huk was in his group?
