Please have some respect for the players, teams, and tournament. Criticism is fine, criticism without anything to back it up isn't so cool. Thanks! |

IDRA BEST AMERICAN ZERG!! well, he very well might be, mainly since there are no really really good american zergs currently... Do people really think stephano is American btw or is this some kind of well spread trolling :p ive seen American flags before his name aswell as alot of people hinting at him being American. Hes french btw ;D.
Sheth is the best American Zerg

yeah, you could say he needs to refine his timings

This. I feel as zergs, you really got to be flexible and be able to adjust yourself to your opponents game play. Idra doesn't do that. He basically does a build and wants HIS opponent to play how he play, which is not what zerg is.I don't know, I really feel idra screwed up being zerg in sc2. In broodwar, he had this style of turtling in his base till 200/200 and pushing out. Which is like how the current protoss is, he should switch to protoss. He does adapt and when you see him cast, you actually get to see how much he understands the game. It's his control and his unwillingness to carry out his advantage by making units instead of economy that consistently puts him in bad position. He understands but he NEVER adapts. give me one example of idra building roaches when a terran goes mass hellion. He never does, AND he drops his spines so late. He tries to aim for the late game but his opponents are always hitting him at the early game cause they know he won't play safe. If you play greedy all the time, you will lose. I think it's personal preference. He obviously understands the game so he thinks if he can hold without investing money in other tech paths/units, then his economy and subsequent ability to compete in a macro game will benefit.

People are so quick to judge IdrA, because he's IdrA. He lost 0-2 to Polt, it's fucking Polt, this guy is a TOP Code S player and a super tournament winner, but here's something you'll understand: 'Polt beats Stephano more often than Stephano beats him' Lag probably frustrated IdrA so much that he mis-micro'd and lost all of his queens, IdrA was also super unlucky to see the marines that made a little timing with his ling run-by into natural. Polt isn't anywhere near a top code S player, don't kid yourself. Really? anywhere near is a bold statement He fell out of code A Also MC fell out of code A, then come back with MLG seed.

Fuck... Probably less than 10% of people here on TL realizes the significance of getting into Seoul University.
Hat's off to Polt!

So did MC.
And for god sake, his played against Creator ( you know, the freaking best macro PvT player in Korea beside Genius ) and he was sick at the times.

Ok, now I can go to sleep. No offence Grubby but all those losses must have teared on your self-confidence. I think that Select will take it easily.
Hopefully I'm wrong, but on the other hand if Grubby does win I will be so mad at myself for mssing out on it. XD
Gnight. Really? Grubby is getting pretty good. He is getting smashed by Code S level players but Select is far away from that. exactly, losing to Code S players is nothing to be ashamed of ... and Grubby has so much experience he should be ok

MLGs just have this intensity and excitement that is so awesome

seleCT's TvP is fantastic, by far his best match up.
It's GSL calibre, maybe not Code S but definitely Code A worthy.

Yeah somehow the Liquipedia gnome keeps ignoring that match but it was 2-0 in favor of select, also had to ask

MLG should hire me to be the music guy. This dubstep is really painful to listen to, especially since it's the same 10 songs on repeat. Jesus christ.
