Please have some respect for the players, teams, and tournament. Criticism is fine, criticism without anything to back it up isn't so cool. Thanks! |

though I guess the embarassment is that Some Guy somehow beat Puma
he acted like a kid and demanded to get a game in the series because Puma was 2 minutes late, and then cheesed 2 games in a row. I'm glad DRG swatted him away like a fly tbh. When Ostojy loses 0-5 and doesn't win a single game in his group I'll know there's order in the world. and you heard it from what? some random guy? From Alex Garfield, the executive director of EG Oh right, director of EG. Dont you see that? We have EG's point of view of that situation but not one from Ostojy's side, so we are gonna just blindly believe that, right? I do believe that Ostojy "whined" like a kid. But what I'm afraid of is reddit grabbing their pitchforks and ruining his SC2 career. :/
At the risk of sounding like a dick, there's not much to ruin.

Day9 is fucking inspiring some nerds right now.
Love this guy,

Inori could definitely beat Thorzain

Lol I don't put anything into a couple games and DRG is the better player, but to say that Puma v DRG would be as pathetic as DRG v Ostojiy is laughable.

Now it's the other way around and the EG management is crying
Nobodies crying. I am actually enjoying to see the guy roflstomped in a most dishonorable fashion possible. And I am not even an EG or Puma fan... just a sportsmanship fan
So yeah all fine. That someone who's name I dont even remember got where he does not belong, now hilarity ensues.

wtf, i missed MarineKing - CrazymoviNG ??

He's a competitor playing against one of the toughest opponents in his bracket, he gets offered a free win because his opponent is tardy, he accepts. As long as you play by the rules, you play to win, don't hate the player, hate the game, or the rules, or the admins enforcing the rules. In theory, that's true, but in the same way that Puma 1/1/1'd his way to tournament victories due to it being the best (imbalanced?) build at the time, he did pick up a ton of anti-fans. (me included)
Regardless of whether Ostijiy's move today was right or not, his reputation will have dropped with a large part of the community.

Day[9] is a joke, talk about narcissistic self-indulgent crap. He honestly thinks he is a cross between Oscar Wilde, George Carlin and Albert Einstein.
I'm only watching these interviews to see how jacked off his face Clutch is on the party powder.

The only thing Day9 likes more than talking about SC2 is talking about himself.

Puma vs DRG would be onesided.

I'm not the biggest fan of strict by-the-rulebook players, and I also don't like whiners and complainers, or cheesers...
But you really can't blame the guy for doing what he did. The hate is completely unnecessary.

Dreamhack winter was 4 months ago. In that time, DRG became the best zerg in the world, won Code S, got 2nd at Blizzcup to MMA and 2nd at MLG winter arena. Puma for the last couple of months hasnt had the same amount of success in TvZ by a long shot.

What's with the Day9 hate?
The game's not ready yet, it was either that, or listen to more bloody dubstep.
