It's the map that makes this game boring because everything comes down to who controls the choke point. On Maps like Taldarim Altar TvT can be very interesting to see with both players trying to outmaneuver the other one, drops going down everywhere etc. On Crossfire TvT is pretty lame Tank chess, another reason why I want to see this map go away.
Agreed, seen some amazing tvt's lately on tal darim, Mvp vs Polt on Polt's stream for example. Crossfire is just really boring, I would've thought they would have removed it from the GSL by now.

Exactly. On proper maps tvt is sick, on terrible maps it's too one-dimensional (but even then it's still easily the best mirror imo).
LoL, it's Freedom Call, one of those bands you can identify 100% even though you never listen to them. GSL should play Merlin though, dat song is cheesy.

I love to play terran, but tvt is the reason i switched like 10 times to toss and back again, when i felt like i should give it a try again. Most times you just get contained in a second you are looking somewhere else. Or you are in a patt situation and at some point iam not patient enough and go for it. Most times i loose, so at the moment i just try to do some crazy early bio push or mass harrassment at the start to avoid this...

After the up&down matches Crossfire will finally be out. We won't see it in GSL anymore
