The drop in his main with the two medivacs really taxed DRG's multitasking, he had to deal with the drop, the push at the 3rd and the army in the middle of his creep and he lacked Zerglings, his Ultras just walked straight into the siege line while he was dealing with the drop. The game was over when MKP got the unscouted 3rd up anyway, he couldn't punish him for it at all

MKP will become the best player in the world once he finally defeats his nerve issues at live events. Hes probably the best online player, having 70%+ win ratio and #1 on korean ladder for all the seasons so far.

I actually like cheese (in sc2 not as food). Its really exciting to watch. The tension "will it happen" "will it fail" "how will cheeser recover". I guess its not fun to play against but even on the ladder it sets my heart racing. Also rax pressure isn't all that cheesy is it?

We haven't seen any true zerg lategame in those matches. The zergs just died too quickly, right before the macro/tech switching machine got rolling. I still miss ghosts, these were some fine TvZs but I enjoyed superlate TvZ more.

You didn't clarify about getting all expenses paid about Columbus, or well I read it as the final event at the end of the year. But from your reply, I guess you actually meant Columbus, so yer.
I think the casters kinda put a thorn in the side of MLG for being so anticlimactic at the end there. A lot of the anticlimax stems from obvious bias... which they shouldn't be for exactly this reason... We, as spectators, can't participate in reveling in the joy of crowning a champion, when there is no joy to begin with. This problem is compounded by a lack of a crowd, many of which would probably be rooting for MKP. Oh and DRG giving up that early didn't do much to help either.
The whole weekend was great but that last bit makes me want my 20 dollars back :/

Yea I totally agree, MKP should win GSL but protoss too op. Why didn't MKP just beat DRG to move past the group?
