no one brings it up cause FD isnt relevant any more. If he won another GSL, they would call him a 2 time GSL winner. One of Nestea's one GSL win was in 2010 and we still call him a 3 time GSL champ

I'm not defending it. What better system do you have that fits the Winner's bracket, Loser's bracket better?
EDIT: You're suggestion has to be within the concept of allowing the format of winners/loser's bracket

Winner bracjet player starts with 1-0 advantage in a bo7. Better than extended series

Seriously? So results older than a week suddenly don't matter anymore? MMA, aLive, Gumiho have all had better GSL runs, and MMA won Kiev, aLive won the ESV Weekly and the IPl 4 qualifier, and Gumiho has been kicking ass in the team leagues.

the same can be said for MKP, just look at his run through this tournament, and his ALL KILL in GSTL.

Dont be silly, UFC is only 10 bucks or some. PPV prices have nothing to do with if the event/sport is a succes. And you cant compare UFC with MLG anyway, sports that pull of PPV successfully (thats means in the mass with building viewers) have exclusive content (fighters/athletes you wont see anywhere else), like PPV for UFC is dropping now since they lost Lesnar.

Agree so much, FFS LastShadow came fourth at raleigh and CauthonLuck was in the top 8 and he doesn't even play anymore.
Life has won two GSLs and a Blizzard Cup. NOT three GSLs.
