Today is time to announce the third season of iPLeague. There are many new things that have been added since season 2. The prize pool slightly increased - by $ 500 in cash and $ 300 by devices. As a result it is about $ 1,500 + devices. The best 7 teams from Europe and the CIS will have auto-quotas from the previous season, another 3 will be played on quota qualification. Another 10 quotas will be awarded in the second division of the league. Starting today and up to November 20 inclusive, we will accept applications for participation in the selection process. Attention! Team Virus broke up, so an additional (third) quota will be played in qualification!
On IPL Season 3 will be two divisions - the first and second with 10 teams in each of them. In the 4th season, slots in the 1st Division won't be drawn on the skills, it can be won only after winning the 2nd Division.

It seems that games will be played on the 24th and 25th.
See full schedule here:
Season 3 Qualification Group A (Nov 24th - 21:00(CET+3) and 23:00(CET+3))
Season 3 Qualification Group B (Nov 25th - 21:00(CET+3) and 23:00(CET+3))

Beware, CET+3 means GMT+4!
I'm not an IPTL official, so I'm not sure about this information.

I'm not gonna be the whistle blower, but I think you may want to worry a bit about copyright infringement. IGN doesn't mess around and when they hear there's another starcraft league called IPL that's something they arn't gonna take lightly. They don't want people watching the wrong tournament and getting the wrong ideas about IPL. Still looks like a sick event tho!
