Its a problem with the super tournament format. Its GomTVs fault for having a billion terrans and so skewed brackets. Winning the super tournament is in my opinion NOT equal to winning Code S. It should not be possible to go threw a GSL tournament of only TvTs. Not to bash MMA, but if he wins the entire thing it wont feel like a real winner. In my opinion you need to win in all match ups to be crowned as champion. But then again, its not MMAs fault, it is 100% on GomTV The alternative, which is rigging the bracket, is much worse. Also it could be so much worse, it could be Inca winning the super tournament playing only PvP.

MarineKing happened to do it sooner. People would have stacked their muta's sooner or later as well... I always thought Shark invented muta stacking?

Exactly, everything would be done sooner or later. MKP was the first to popularize marine splitting so Tachion is right.

From what I remember, he had pre-split his marines while attacking Zenio's expansions. It wasn't until Kyrix vs MKP that we saw him do it on the spot vs banelings.

TOP probably has slightly better mechanics but I think Polt the professor terran is going to be too smart for him

I think it was mkp vs kyrix >.> but your point still stands. (am i remembering it correctly? i think it was kyrix style vs mkp's insane marine micro that made the series insanely entertaining )

Wait. It's GomTV's fault that terrans won? Are you serious? MMA would've faced other players if the terrans hadn't won. It's not like MMA could ONLY face terrans. GomTV did the brackets in a way that the top seeds wouldn't knock each other out early on. Think before you touch a keyboard ever again please.

He may have done it first in a GSL match but i really doubt he was the one that "invented marine splits".He made it look cool (against Kyrex was it?) because he made a apsurd amount of marines against banelings and people were caught off guard by that. Its really only stylistic and more of a "brand thing" that made him famous, but people figured him out and when he tried to go more diverse builds he got owned. I'm not saying hes a bad played but he gets too much credit for his play. And hes no where near July(even tho i know that wasn't your point)

I thought it was MKP vs Kyrix on Shakuras Plateau where everyone was in disbelief at marines beating banelings with crazy splits and micro.

Are you mad that the Heat lost the NBA finals too because they are better on paper? Basketball is a 5 man team game. Heat had 2 good players. Dallas had 3. uhhh,LeBron Wade and Bosh....thats 3.
lebron and wade. that's 2.

polt is a beast. will win against MMA too
|
Polt is so far ahead right now, pull it back TOP.

I just have a quick question that has been bugging me for some time.
What do the numbers next to the names mean? Like, TOP has a T4 next to it, and Polt has T18 as far as I can tell (LQ stream ftw). I imagine the Ts stand for Terran, but what are the numbers?

Polt always win and his opponent always play badly.
