Personally would like a standard proleague format so we get to see more players for the regular season at least. Then maybe a winners league for the playoffs I also hope for a standard league format through the whole team league.

Guess they had to make up for all these failed finals that we all saw. Good changes. Me likes them.

GomTV are really so good, I just Blizzard would listen as much as them haha. Anyway with all these things they have going on they should maybe think of implementing full access annual passes to the SC2 footage instead of making us buy them 1 by 1?

Game 1. Player A vs Player B Game 2. Player C vs Player D Player A wins Player C wins Player A: 1:0 Player B: 0:1 Player C: 1:0 Player D: 0:1 Game 3. Player A vs Player C Game 4. Player B vs Player D Player A wins Player B wins Player A: 2:0 Player B: 1:1 Player C: 1:1 Player D: 0:1 Game 5. Player B vs Player C Player B wins Player A: 2:0 Player B: 2:1 Player C: 1:2 Player D: 0:1 Player A and B advance Player C stays in Code S Player D will play in Up and Down matches. Basically, now every game is exciting. Games 1 and 2 give the winners a guaranteed spot in Code S still as they cannot get knocked out entirely. Game 3 determines who advances immediately without having to play another game. Game 4 works out who gets knocked into Up and Down matches, the other person gets a chance to advance. Game 5 works out who of the last two advance to the next round. Every round now has significance and benefit, unlike the old system which was weird and had alternating numbers of games, and was just confusing and stupid.

Shouldn't a 6-team playoff begin with a set of crossover series between the 2nd and 3rd seeds of the two pools to determine who makes the semifinals? But overall, these are some really dope changes.
