I don't think their panicking but I'm sure they are under pressure on their players - if you're eliminated early, there is basically nothing to do for a whole month. Winning Code A has a lot of worth now and winner of MLG going straight into Code S!!!! Also 10 teams? I can only really think of 9 teams with enough players unless they introduce a "Foreigners" team where all the foreigners out there at the time compete? | ||

The GSTL changes are really great. Having it run longer with more matches is superb. It will allow teams to showcase their non-GSL talent more often, which is fantastic for fans. Code A/S players will have a tougher time, but it lets the scene over there diversify. I don't see a bad thing about this. | ||

GSL sends some of their top players to America for MLG events. In return, winners of MLG get to play in Code S. Giving champions of MLG a Code A spot is silly. No one would go because winning Code A, as it is, is super difficult and the winner only gets $1,500. Getting into Code S gives you a chance to be on the biggest stage in the world, a chance at big prize money, and a comfy living. If you can keep afloat in Code S, you'll be getting nice amount of money every month. Too bad Ret and Haypro left Korea. TeamLiquid could have had a good shot at qualifying for GSTL. They could have flown over some of their other players to compete. | ||

They have San and BansBans. The only other teams beside them to even have players in the GSL are TeamLiquid and Fox. | ||
