I know why its bad mid-late game, because of difficult 3rd, narrow corridors in the middle, but IMO its fantastic for earlygame zerg because of easy natural expo. Yes, the opponent has an easy natural too but its irrelevant in this game as he never got it. As the game never progressed to midgame, I don't see why everyone is bashing on JB as the reason for Ret's loss. he had two base, he had saturation, just couldn't produce enough to hold the "cheese" and got outplayed. | ||

Both player played freaking awesome and game 1 and 3 was really entertaining but seriously, TvZ on steppes is so retarded, it felt like zerg players got automatically robbbed a game from them with some of the maps played... | ||

Random player, why do you ask? I've played SC1 since it's beginning and when the competetive games began to be streamed new players always whined about players winning with all-ins. But guess what, if your enemy has awesome eco play but poor early game, what do you do? Let him get to lategame and crush you or just try not to let that happen? BTW how does this question even correlate to the discussion? What does playing Terran have to do with smart play? Every race can have smart players who abuse enemy's weaknesses lol | ||

Ret was far to greedy. he knew there was no expansion and only made 2 spine instead of 3-4. He got a spire instead of bangling speed which would have won him that game. He sent in groups of 4-6 zerglings instead of grouping them up and attacking with 40 or so. And none of those games involved any cheese whatsoever. All ins =/= cheese they = all-ins. | ||
