The post was removed because I failed to fill out the basic requirements.

Look, I could create 20 pages of bold instructions the size of this entire page. You still aren't going to read it. Everything is in the rules.. The map pool, the check in time, the start time. I still have 100 questions about everything. People who aren't 18 sign up and know they can't receive the prize. So you can try and suggest a better format, but I provide concise instructions just as every hosting site out there does. We cant make you read. I guide you to the rules, I sticky a post, I create a page dedicated to it, I say to check to see if you're eligible.

All I'm saying is to quit crying. If you truly deserve what you assert, hire a lawyer. Because, you didn't read the rules, you didn't follow the rules, therefore you aren't eligible. It's that simple.

Look up in this thread where Dysk, someone with a high intelligence asks: If we already have an FTP account affiliated to another site and are ineligible for the cash prize for the qualifers, are we still eligible to go on to the 16-man tournament, and receive the cash prizes for the first three places?

Where I answer:
@Dysk- Not at this time. It's basically just a practice tourney for players with accounts already setup. I'm working on getting other affiliate accounts setup @ different sites to help with people already playing at FTP. In the future, players affiliated with other sites will be eligible, but not at the moment.

Frankly, you have no case. I'm not wasting anymore time arguing with you. There are people that do things correctly that should be rewarded and people who cry about not getting what they deserve. I can give you some cheese for that whine.

If "we can't make you read it so we won't try" is your response to what was intended as constructive criticism then I wish you good luck in your future tournaments.

just because I am completely against your pyramid scam with that rollback shit doesn't mean I shouldn't get paid. this tournament needs to be taken off TeamLiquid.

Please, tell me your not serious. I didn't take it as constructive crticism. I took it as a guy that was being suckered in by lies. I pointed out to you that I've setup the system you pointed out should be in place. I don't think we were on the same page. Don't reword what I wrote to sound negative. I took what you had already written and translated it as a negative statement. If it wasn't meant to be so, you shouldn't retaliate with negativity. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. Just know that I have the advice you gave already in place and this guy is an idiot.

Realistic. Now you're lying. You said that you're a poker player and you already have an account at pokerstars and at full tilt, since you already had an account setup and you told me to just send it to that one. Then I explained the rules to you, and how we raise money through our sponsors. Now your telling complete Lies.

1. I already reported you to Full tilt for violating their multiple accounts policy.
2. Violating a rule to cut you slack is something I refuse to do.
3. I offered to pay you the $10, despite your lack of reading skills, but you continued insulting me telling me how much I was screwing you
4. I'd love for you to explain to the audience how this is a 'pyramid' scheme? First of all, a scheme would require a person to invest THEIR OWN MONEY.
5. I currently fund these tournaments through $230 of my own dollars each month. I earn $0 revenue from the website for the actual SIGNING of affiliates. The only time I earn money is if people CHOOSE to play poker and CONTINUE to do so. But again, it is their CHOICE.
6. It is no different from you coming to a site and watching commercials, except I truly believe gamers have the skillsets already in place to become successful poker players. Something I preach, and I give coaching to people while fronting 100% of the money.

Last. You're not going to receive the prize because you were i-n-e-l-i-g-i-b-l-e. Have a nice life.

BTW: There is also the Rule that you must be 18+.

Although you have a right to be upset, this is not really a pyramid scam at all.

Jan 2nd is an $80 qualifier. Go register or just check-in 1 hour prior to the start in that chat room on the site.

hmmm

things seem settled now.. Gd
Tyles.772 Bobstar.223 I'm just disappointed they overhyped an announcement which would obviously cause a lot of backlash in the TL community. Sure they acquired huk, but they didn't have to rub it in our faces.

Sorry guys... The tournament is today because I am in another state and set it up that way. Normally its supposed to be on Saturdays @ 2:30 pm PST. However, because I'm in another state visiting family I had to set it up on a Sunday and at a different time. No biggie, the confusion will most likely mean less people. So, better chances of getting paid out.

The tournament will start today at 5:30 PM PST. So, check in the chat between 4:30 and 5:30 to get signed up. See you all there!
