Kept saying kyrix just all-ins (which anyone who watched the ro32 knows isn't true) and he didn't deserve to be in the round of 16. It was kind of embarrassing really. I understand as a commentator you can't be completely objective, but he was just ragging on kyrix pretty unfairly.

He also said he refused to watch ro32 game because on how bad he was in RO64.

Now on the quality of players will be too good for him. yeah, like someone else mentioned, idra's strength is macro mechanics - eventually all the top players will be at the same level he is at it while still being flexible, aggressive, and micro-intensive. he needs to start winning soon before people catch up, i think.

So tonight is the night of mirror matchups? PvP, TvT, and a ZvZ. Is it any coincience that the only match I'm really looking forward to is a TvZ (Foxer v Sangho) yeah but Foxer v Sangho is TvP not TvZ

So what you're saying is it's impossible for Idra to improve? Idra has played a lot better recently and compared to GSL1 his ZvT and ZvP are far improved over before (zerg buff patches help to), but he definitely needs to work on his ZvZ. He improved to the ro16 over last season's ro32 performance, I don't see why the quality of players will be so good he can't replicate that achievement.

Just saying competition may improve faster than idra. All the sc1 pro gamers switching to sc2, new talents coming to gsl etc.
