Why would it be these epic long breaks between matches if it wasnt live?

how long until demuslim plays O_o do we know

Just because TLO and HuK haven't been playing awesome lately, doesn't mean they aren't GREAT players... I myself would say HuK is the best protoss on NA and Kiwi in second.
Its like saying this: Since Tester lost to a semi-unknown 2-0 after HopeTorture 2-0, he must be a terrible player. there is no other explanation. He is not having a bad month or week or anything, he's just a bad player.

See my post above. I texted my friend like 5 minutes ago and he said Huk Vs loner just finished. This is live.

in the schedual it actually says every one and a half hour: starcraft 2 match. and for so far that has been true. Cant believe they will really only show one match every one and a half hour, but it sure starts to look like that.... epic fail

Otherwise Tasteless wouldn't be making sarcastic comments when they are showing the bracket. Is that why we know the results hours before the games are shown? IT IS NOT LIVE. They f-ed up with the live stream and are now showing us what they recorded, but couldn't stream at the time of recording due to technical issues). You do realize that by guessing randomly you have a 33% chance of guessing the right result. This has been explained 2 times on every page, but since some people are too stupid to read some people saw practice games and mistaked them for tournament games.

I would say this gives me good reason to think it is live. pics

If people are to judge TLO's recent performances then do so from the actual games. He lost 1-2 to SangHo who looks to be in impressive shape, and now to Sen and Dimaga in ZvZ. You can't possibly say he's doing poorly due to these results.

Obviously your friend was drugged and is being shown pre-recorded reality by Bobby Kotick's army of bloodthirsty imps.

TLO lives in korea and has access to top tier skill, but still chokes in tourneys
TLO played offrace 2 mirrormatches in a row against two very very good zergs. You cant expect him to beat sen with his own weapons.
And yes, i know TLO played zerg during beta month ago and he wasnt bad. But playing your race, after weeks of fulltime training with ogs in their teamhouse and serious gsl experience is something different then "Oh, i liked zerg back then during beta. Lets play it for a few days to get used to some timings".
Picking Zerg made 90% if his practice obsolete, especially in ZvZ.
On the other hand, he wasnt forced to pick zerg, so...

The matches are live.

Kiwi has a knack for creative strategies on the spot. Most players are not like that. I wish Liquid would sign Kiwi and send him to Korea too, it's rare to come across players who actually play better with risky strategies. Most people fuck it all up.
He knew he couldn't let IdrA get his macro up in his MLG match and did some crazy harass and creative warp prism play to combat that. It almost worked.
He used hallucinated phoenixes twice to great effect as well.
HuK has better fundamentals but he's willing to get more creative and obviously wants to very much, so I can't really say if Kiwi is or ever will be a better player but if they both went to Korea, I think they'd make a pretty big splash. The Protoss scene is pretty wide open.

hahaha I'm texting with Demuslim's dad.. he's also watching the games. GOGO BEN. CRuSH HIM!!

Did you actually watch the MLG? IdrA lost several games and was very close to elimination in several series. actually Idra never even came close to elimination, maybe he got mildly close to going to losers bracket vs QXC and Kiwikaki, but never ever came close to elimination... Idra was far ahead of the competition in MLG DC, I thought that was pretty obvious.. Doesn't mean others are bad, just means Idra has the experience + his practice in Korea.. Fine, going to losers bracket. He was dominate, but it was not a steamrolling. His opponents until select, who was very tired, at the end gave him a reasonable fight, at least more then he had in the GSL RO64.

Terrible play. This. Same with the whole TLO story, hyped to kingdom come but ever since the terran nerf he's done what exactly? It's just a simple fact that asia > rest of the world in sc2 aswell, people will start realizing this soon when all their hyped players make ro32 at best. Only one who actually has a chance is idra because of his background and practise over there. It's really hilarious when people say stuff like this. Compare the level of play at GSL ro64 versus MLG DC. MLG DC >>>>>>>>>>>>> GSL ro64 except for like 4 games. I mean seriously there were some embarrassingly bad matches @ gsl. Idra for example just flattened his opponent. Just wrecked.
First of all, you're comparing all of MLG DC (ie presumably the semis/ finals) to the Ro64 GSL? How does that even make sense? And honestly even then, MLG DC was mediocre level of play from everyone but Select.

This stream is officially considered live until someone can actually tell me who won the Demuslim Makaprime game or any other game that has yet to be announced.
