replay notes in spoiler + Show Spoiler +Replay 1: Your roach warren and extra queens are slightly too early, it delays your larvae usage and as a result you fall kind of behind in workers. Hard to say for sure because he is super aggressive, but either way you need to shore up your reaper defense and not rely on cutting drones to get earlier roaches/queens--especially if you're getting ling speed. And especially since you overbuilt lings against the reapers. Five roaches is slightly too much, especially this early. Get three and some lings if you must, you already invested in ling speed. Regardless, be careful of overmaking units. Your third is late. Shouldn't be any later than 7 min unless you spot that he's going for a one-base strat. Then again, you haven't scouted anything. Yeah you have no scouting, you don't know when he moves out so you don't have anything ready until he's in front of you. Your opponent is right, you needed bane speed and just a lot more stuff, your econ was kind of behind--not only was your third about 2 minutes late, but you were late to saturate your main.
Summary replay 1: Scout. You aren't scouting AT ALL, so he appears right in front of you with no time for you to prepare. Drone more. You are super afraid of reapers and hellions and it hobbles your econ.
Replay 2: When ling speed finishes, go take back map control. You're playing blind. I don't know if that's a reasonable third base to take. I think it's too far away and begs for drop abuse by hopping to your natural. No drones. You're behind, those orbitals are worth what, 4 workers each? You're dropping injects. Don't drag all your queens over for a few tumors, you already overbuild tumors (too dense). Once again, he is halfway to your base by the time you know he's attacking. And you never have banelings ready, so he immediately can start pushing back creep, and he gets to move freely to whatever super-defensive spot he wants. Oh ok, he goes around your one-dimensional creep spread, you lose 10 banes to one widow mine, and you don't have any larvae because you didn't add a macro hatch.
Summary replay 2: Bad econ, no scouting, bad engagement and somewhat unlucky mine shot. No macro.
Overall: Scout. You have no idea what's going on so you have no time to prepare for any attacks. Econ. You are behind on econ and you have some macro issues, so he pushes and you die. With these two fundamental errors, your attempt to play "normal" zerg--that is, reactive play and heavy macro--is absolutely doomed in both respects, because you have neither the econ that reactive play tries to capitalize on, nor the time to properly react in defense of that econ.
Recommendations: Build more drones; focus on drones. Learn to handle reapers and hellions with fewer units, right now you are overbuilding units to handle each phase, and it holds back your econ. Watch the front of his base with lings, keep tabs on what he is doing. This will give you enough time to get a whole extra round of units, if you can spot his attack right as it leaves his base.
