It was still pretty close though, I'd say if HuK killed a few more probes and got his gateway at home a bit earlier the game could have been equal. Another answer if it's inside your main is to pull the probes, it works but you still end up in a meh position because of all the lost mining time. | ||

Obviously, if you do a zealot response you can win outright, but i this response is safer and you don't get that horrible feeling of scouting the gates and still losing to it cos of a couple mistakes. This is only for in-base proxies of course. But i stand by my statement that if it's not in your base, then they're so much easier to hold that it doesn't even matter. You can even beat unscouted proxy 2 gates if they are in your natural or somewhere even further away, and trust me, my micro is practically diamond level so i doubt your micro is worse than mine. | ||

That's my standard answer too, but I feel like I end up behind because of all the lost mining time. And regarding the distance. I lost multiple times to zealot proxy outside my natural, just because I usually go 1 gate tech skipping the zealot. Good luck at microing when 3 zealots show up when you have a twilight council/stargate on the way and a mothership core just started. | ||

I've tried three main ways of opening up to get templar without dieing to Mines, written in my order of preferance; - Oracle, Tech to Charge + Storm rapidly, use Phoenix to defend drops initially and use oracle + phoenix to pick of Widow Mines. - Open Robo with Warp Prism and Observers, go for a Chargelot Immortal Archon composition and add Storm soon. - Open Blink and add Templar Archives. Do you guys have any opinions ![]() | ||

i got a game where i was winning hard but the terran just turtled in 3 bases vs 5 (i was in 5), and then pushed out with like 20 tanks hellbats and a lot of ghosts i was full inmortal archons with some zealots, but inmortals just attack hellbats while i cant stop ghosts from getting 2-3 imp off in a 50% of my army of inmortals ![]() it isnt the first time ![]() I feel like i cant win again mech in PvT even it is suppossed to no be viable. Feel like inmortals are useless again 5+ tanks PD: It was 20 tanks 16 hellbats 10 ghost 12 vikings vs 17 inmortals 7 archon 25 zealots 5 templars 2 colosos +/- PD2: Sorry bad english. Given you say your micro is less than optimal, I imagine you attack without flanking. That being said, High Templar and Air Tech are excellent verse these kinds of all ins off 2/3 bases, there's simply no money for a rapid transition. | ||

I just cant win again mech. I had win like 1 from 10 games again mech, and again bio i win like 65% of my games...Im top plat. The tanks are so fucking op kills everything, zealots, stalkers, inmortals, archons, everything in 3 seg. I tried to go Void but they scout my voids they just make vikings and anyway they get destroyed by marines/vikings before they can get in range to attack tanks. Inmortals they get out the shield by the aoe in like 2 shoots of 10-15 tanks. And they cant hit tanks they have to focus marines/maraudres/hellbat. They usually open with WM drop main Hellion harras or banshe. delaying his expa, i defend this easy, when i defend they already had 2nd and i get 3rd because i think they should cant move. But even if im 1 base ahead i keep losing, i cant attack and if they get the tanks outside of my base i just cant move. And i sucks at 5 bases or more, if they start droping hellbats | ||
