I am telling you you will not have success or ease improving with any race if you do not use any hotkeys. I never said anything about my own skill or brought anything about myself into the equation. If you're asking for help and won't take the most sensible answer, then there's not much we can do for you. | ||

I'll give you a pass since you're young and immature but for the record when some one asks a question and then you come out of no where and say you'll never be good at anything without X!!! when its completely unrelated is not helpful at all. And yes I have found terran much easier since they do not require manual placement of units so switching races has been going great so far. Much easier race to use in sc2. If you're going to come out of nowhere and shit on somebody especially when I remember you from ICCup then you can sure as hell expect me to bring your skill into the equation when you have no business lecturing anyone. | ||

That said, if you come into this thread and ask for help on whatever, you are going to get criticised on -some- elements of your play, wether you are bronze or gm. It has nothing to do with personal attacks. | ||

And yes, I think saying "use hotkeys" to someone who hasn't for 10+ years is fine. It might be a struggle to switch but you are bottlenecking your own skill for no reason other than stubbornness and habit. It is objectively faster to play with hotkeys: you can cycle between units and buildings much faster than without, you can't really argue that it isn't beneficial to your play to use hotkeys. Do you see any professional players, Brood War or SC2, not using hotkeys? | ||

If you wanna go and attack me for that so be it but then I just don't take your advice seriously. | ||

I'm wondering how you can even get to diamond without hotkeys, especially as protoss. That's quite impressive but still, not using any is basically accepting that you'll be worse at the game. | ||
