Hey,
I'm a plat zerg player.
There are lots of things we can say about this replay. Here are the three things I think are most important:
1. You missed many larvae injects 2. You didn't spread creep very much 3. You didn't have a follow-through after ling/bling/muta
For 1, I recommend 2-3 weeks of training. Obsess over missing a larvae inject for 10 seconds. My goal is to keep queen energy under 30, always.
2 seems kind of trivial, but you had creep tumors that could spawn more tumors just lying around. After 30 seconds a tumor can spawn another tumor. I try to make sure that all my extra tumors spawn within 5 seconds of them being able to do so. See this pic? You can cover about a quarter of the map (any map) by 15 minutes with 2 queens spreading creep. + Show Spoiler +My build has 2 extra queens - I see you have only one queen for creep. You'll still be able to cover about the same area - the difference between 1 queen and 2 is pretty minimal actually. Keep your creep-spreading queen under 30 energy! That REALLY delays his push - he can't seige up on creep! It'll buy you about 1-2 minutes, specifically. That's long enough for you to get infestors (for instance)! Again, doing this (along with continuing to inject larvae) will take 2-3 weeks of training, depending on how often you play. Obsess over tiny differences!
For 3, I would always recommend teching up to hive. With your build, I think you can get broodlords out by 21 minutes. Tech to hive as you get your fourth and fifth bases (which should be connected by creep!) Remember that you're getting a fourth and fifth for the extra gas they give you. You won't get any more minerals than you would from 3 base. So when do you get your fourth and fifth? My usual answer is: while you're attacking. Attack his mineral line with mutalisks when your upgrades finish. As that happens, get your fourth and fifth while teching to hive.

I think you can hold off 2 base mid game pushes without banes but once they are on 3 bases, banes are necessary. If you are having trouble vs terran i would suggest going 4 queens and working on creep spread. So the idea is, try going 15 hatch, 15 pool followed by 2 queens as soon as your pool and hatch finish. then take your gas (at around 20) and make 4 lings. keep one at his entrance and the others spread around for vision. When your first 2 queens spawn, use the one at your natural to make a creep tumor and the other one to inject.
You get another 2 queens as soon as you can afford it and also drop one spine crawler as soon as your scouting ling sees hellions (if it does). The extra 2 queens are going to be used to spreed creep like a madman.
You'll notice a huge difference in your ability to hold the push because its going to happen on creep. use your gas on speed, then +1/+1 then lair. and get a macro hatch.
the major timing u need to worry about happens at about 8:30. So make lings in anticipation of a push at that time and also always try to have some scouting. in the early game, if he is harassing with hellions and killing tumors. do not respond by making lings. you should be making drones and an extra spine crawler if necessary.
I'm in masters and this has been working well for me. You use upgraded lings to hold off the 8:30 push. you use ling infestor to hold off whatever second push comes and then ultra/baneling/crackling/infestor to break him and kill him in the end game.
you need to stay on your upgrades though your end push should have 3/3 with the crackling and ultra upgrades.
Another important part of this build is that since you dont have mutas, you will be vulnerable to drops so you NEEd to put up spines at your further expansions and make sure that you have overlords placed in the flight paths of likely drops. if you scout the drops then you'll notice they will do nothing.
So your final push to break him should involve spamming some infested terrans to soak up the initial tank damage and then pushing in with your baneling ultra mix and following it up with some cracklings.
