The pylon range change wasn't such a big deal for openers. I've been much more frustrated by the changes to WG research time and Blink. Am I right in the assumption that zerglings are the followup for everything?

What are your tvt openings after 1.4 fast blue flame isnt that crucial. 150///150 for upgrade that doesnt change much early game is overpriced. or still you prefer to get it fast to help in hellion vs hellion wars. i cant find good opening now. before hellion hype i used to 1/1/1 rine//tank//viking into expansion. before 1.4 i used to 1/1/1 with fast blue flame/few marines and medivac push then expand (if see banshee i get viking instead of medivac)
and now i dont know what to do. so i 1/1/1 with fast reactor. and i try to adapt. vs bioball i get hellion//marine(reactored) and banshee - later tanks//viking//hellions. vs mech i do mech (with delayed blue flame, faster tanks, and few marines) and vs marine//tank//viking i cant find proper answer (i think going the same would be the best since now hellions arent that good in early game vs marines) master+lvl (i dont know if it is simple question ^^ but i dont want to make topic about that)

Now, this might sound stupid, but I am at work right now or else I would try it...
What happens if you float a rax over your army? Does the fungle still work the same or does it shield it? I really think it should shield it.. someone please test/tell me i am wrong... I started playing Z for season 3 and realllly like the infestor!

buildings over units has no effect against aoe spells (emp//fungal//storm) however i think that hiding ghost under rax could prevent it from being selected and feedback wouldnt work(not 100%sure) such tricks existed in bw :D

It would hinder NP though, would it not?

what software/windows feature do streamers use to go back and forth between starcraft and windows. The usual alt+tab or the windows key will minimize starcraft and open up windows. However when they do alt+tab they can still see starcraft screen at the background. How do they do it?
|
I assume they have the screen windowed and have 2 monitors.. that way, they can flip between active areas for the stream.

They are often the follow up for cheesy play (roach ling all in, eco baneling, etc) because they best mitigate the travel distance between you and your opponent.

Help me with this game please: http://drop.sc/36953
He placed a marine in a spot behind a building bunker so that I couldn't get to it, so how should I change my reaction? Normally I put a ling/drone on the building scv and use my other guys to kill reinforcements and current marines that are there, but since the marine was completely blocked I don't know how to handle it.

What is the standard build against random player as zerg, terran, and protoss?
|
Is it ever beneficial to build units from a gateway instead of a warpgate? Sometimes I see people on stream build from the gateway even though they have warpgate research complete. I thought they patched it @ one point and made it faster?

What is the new StarCraft Master portrait and how do you get it?
EDIT: Never mind, found a thread on it

In the beta, you could 'gateway juggle' by warping a unit in, switching to regular gates and produce from that, then switch back to warp gates right when the cool down finished. Even when the gateway build times were decreased by 5 seconds in the PTR, it was still 5 seconds faster to use warp gates.

You are attacking from the high ground with an aerial unit, who is revealed to the other player when it attacks. Are the units on the high ground underneath that aerial unit exposed to enemy fire as well, or is it just the attacking aerial unit (think Void Ray from high ground with zeals on high ground at the ledge as well, are zeals able to be targetted?)
In same line of thought, if an aerial unit on the high ground is exposed as it attacks, can a caster use an aoe with the high ground being the target because it has sight of that unit?
Same line of thought, if a unit on the high ground attacks a unit on the low ground, it is revealed. If it is next to, say, a pylon or a supply depot, is that building revealed as well? What if it was an aerial unit from the high ground?
I don't have ability to check for a few days and it's bothering me

I was looking for information on when units do damage in relation to their attack animation (i.e. if their damage output was at the beginning or the end of their attack animation), but I couldn't find anything. Is there a list of some sort with this information anywhere on the web? Or if you could share your knowledge about it, that'd be great. Thanks.
