Thank you very much Anihc! I won't know how non-optimal it must be for me to hold until I practice. ^^

I like having my reinforcing units moving towards wherever my army is headed, regardless of where it goes, but it also means I have to handle the creation of different units in sequence if they belong in a different hotkey or are drones or OLs. I'm concerned I may be handicapping myself by doing this instead of hotkeying the units after they hatch at my rally points.
Is this detrimental to my army control or macro?
This works better than waiting for the rally because it takes advantage of already having the units selected rather than having to pan over the rally point, I do this as well. It just makes it easier if you are already in a battle to have new units hotkeyed in the same action as making them, I'd say what you're doing is correct.

Don't forget to tell your opponent to dance his zealots in your base or else the strat won't work.

Hey there
Im starting to switch from Zerg to Random. Now Im searching for a solid fastexpand build for every matchup (maybe not for PvP lolz). Just the name of the build would be enough, I will be able to look up the rest for myself
Thanks in advance

has blizzard ever stated why fungal doesnt do any friendly fire?

Just started playing Terran after getting to Master league with Zerg. Can someone give me some good builds for vT and vP? Also what times do you usually take your 2nd, 3rd and 4th gas as Terran?

PvZ: 3gate expand PvT: 3gate expand (as far as I know, the 3 gate expand works differently against terran than zerg, I think you only get on gas vs T.) TvZ: Reactor hellion expand TvP: marauder expand I'm assuming you know zerg builds, and I'm at a loss for non ZvZ mirrors (I'm a zerg player)

Gonna try this out =) As for PvP Im gonna go some robo build and TvT something like 1rax FE. And yeah I know zerg builds ;P

Anybody got any tips for remembering to make overlords on time?
|
For the opening : Look at a recent replay. See where you should build an Overlord, and link it to a nearby event (for example : Queen pops, hatch completes etc.).

In general, you should create a multi-threading routine.
1) Check hatches 2) Check supply 3) Build (drones, attacking units, overlords) 4) More gas, less gas 5) More minerals, less minerals 6) Larva inject
If you start saying *one, two, three, four, five, six* out loud it should help.

how do you find the exact DPI of your mouse? i picked up a nondescript, generic mouse and i find it's the perfect sensitivity for my purposes. thankyou

If the mouse had software with it, it should be in there. If not, I really don't know. You might be able to find some sort of test software online that could tell you somehow. Most standard mouses have a DPI around 1200 or 1800.

Mouse sensitivity can be altered using software, be it in sc2 options or in windows control panel. DPI of your mouse determines how accurate you can be with your mouse. Generally you have either optical or laser. Laser is better than optical, always.
Direct answer to your question is don't worry about it, you can change sensitivity for any mouse to how you like it. If you buy a new mouse, make it a laser one because it is fundamentally better.

At what time in-game does Stim and Slow finish for a Terran player? Suppose he was going for a timing push.

I'm a pretty new to the starcraft 2 scene, so I understand that this is probably is a noob question, but whenever I play (bronze league) starcraft, my opponent always goes with this death ball, and whenever I see the pros play, they always separate their units in different control groups. Can someone explain to me why they do that and how I can maybe use it when playing games?

Your question is kind of ambiguous (I don't know who 'they' is, the pros or the bronze?), but the reason the two do it differently is simply because the pros can play faster and have the skill and dexterity to handle multiple groups at once. If you're attaking 2 completely different places at one, it forces your opponent to respond perfectly and if he dosn't. whichever side he/she undercompensated for takes structual/economic damage. If the 2 groups are split but in the same battle, it is to avoid taking too much splash damage, or damage that hits multiple units at once (high templar's psy storm or a baneling's suicide attack).
