Most of the scenarios are unrealistic so Darglein's or whatever would be better for actual practice, I'd imagine most people won't play it after getting the achievements anyway.

Had to turn down my mouse sensitivity. It's really easy, just move the marines behind the ghosts ASAP and snipe away. Stim the marines at the second wave if you have the APM. The PvT one is quite simple if you feedback the two PDDs, then shift-queue back and merge into an archon. Then you can lift the tanks and kill everything.

For example, the siege tanks might focus down a high templar instead of splitting their damage onto the stalkers, same goes for the two vikings that MAY focus down one of the pheonix. It's pretty dumb.

Usually don't like this stuff.I was like meh- but decided to try it out. LOL about 2 hours later I had all 30 done. I mean, I didn't do anything else, I was amazed how much it sucked me in. Props to Blizzard for making such a fun game, that is indeed VERY useful to all sorts of players. The scenarios really give you a sense of what can be done with good micro. vs just standing there and watching. The majority of my time was taken up by "micro insanity" (the feedback PDD one with tanks) and the Ghost sniping one. My mouse is not my strongpoint- so I had to really buckle down to click those banelings. Welldone Blizzard! Everyone I know is very interested in this game.

It's pretty dumb. Move command your HT's first before issuing the Feedback command. This makes them both come out at the same time, and get a tank hit each, and retreat. If you issue the feedback command first, they stagger and the second one will take 2 rips.

1. Before you click ready hit Ctrl+Shift+F, the camera will follow the banshee making it more about micro and less about camera placement. 2. You aren't trying to Gosu full hp banshee micro. Your goal is to, when you fire at marines, only 1 or 2 marines fire back. 3. USE HOLD COMMAND TO KEEP BANSHEE FROM STOPPING THEN GOING TOWARD MARINES TO ATTACK. This is seriously the most important tip. If you can get it so your banshee does a 180 no scope then keeps moving your golden.

I guess I'm to old and slow for those. What I like about this mod is that it finally has some really tough challenges, compared to the standard challenges. EDIT: 1. Before you click ready hit Ctrl+Shift+F, the camera will follow the banshee making it more about micro and less about camera placement. Woah, this tip is gold. I really had problems with the camera on that one.

LoL, as you can see, this level is getting me nervous, that banshee... I'm not even close to beating this fucking level. I watched some viedo guides, it doesn't help, I'm just too bad ![]()

Try playing Morrow's Micro Race, there you have to do some tougher challenges, for example the Banshee against the same amount of Marines but the Banshee has only half health and you have less space to fly around. I did the Banshee challenge on the first try.

1) microinsanity: the tip suggests to graviton the tanks, but it's better to graviton the marauders, in particular: - feedback both point def drones, and merge into archon - graviton both marauders - while tanks shoot the morphing archon, move stalkers in and blink them into both tanks, so that the tanks also blast each other while attacking the stalkers - refresh graviton on marauders when they expire - tanks die, kill marauders, then kill vikings (let the archon tank) 2) banshee micro: both the tip and many videos suggest to alternate move and attack actions. I've found alternating move and hold to be much faster and safer: just let the bashee turn and shoot, then move again. If it doesn't shoot, you made it move again too fast; if it doesnt turn, then you hold it when marines were too far away. Remember to make big circles so that marines need to get around the stones in the ground 3) medievac tank: latency be damned... too often the drop action + left click on the medievac isn't registered correctly. It's natural to right click the tank, wait a bit, then d+click, but it's better (lag-wise) to click the tank, waita an istant, push d, wait an istant, click the med. This mission is still a bitch anyway. 4) 3 marines + 2 zealots: move the two side marines up to the same spot, and group them together. They'll get a single shot from the zealots, but that's fine. Than just make them move in a big circle around the third marine, and avoid passing too close to him. Quite easy done this way.

I don't think I did the 29th one like I was supposed to.. Just ended up grouping the rines with aggro on the ends and walked them around in a big circle. Overall, really enjoyed this micro challege - blizz needs to come out with some more challenges asap! ![]()

There are only three times the Banshee should ever get hit: A) You issue the hold-position (or stop) command to close to the marines. The banshee takes a few hits before you fly it out of range. B) The banshee temporarily flies within range of the marines while circling the area. And C) Surprisingly, if you issue the hold-position (or stop) command too far from the marines. What happens here is that players will sometimes wait for the Banshee to shoot before flying it away. This is a mistake. If you allow the Banshee to come to a full stop, it will need to accelerate back to its full speed. It will take a lot of damage before it escapes the marines.

- doing the 3 roach vs bunker scenario in less than 45 seconds - blink vs roach scenario without losing a stalker - stalker vs tank scenario without losing a stalker Anything else?
