on EU you cannot obs a game on "Everyone" it would just show the map with no players on it

theres a pretty major bug of scourge not doing any damage when then hit a target. also, ive seen 6 clumped up scourge die to a rine in 2 shots

Did speed zealots always have such a hard time getting attacks off on retreating enemies? Or is SC2's charge that much more of a badass upgrade than leg enhancements? No, really. I hear a bunch of swish swing clang noises from the zealot blades only to see they're not doing damage.

Oh, and Protoss corsairs are supposed to have 1 base armor. Trust me, it's a huuuuuuuuge deal in why they're so boss-like vs mutalisks.

Also notice that psionic storm does effectively half of its DPS in SC1. Is that intended because of smart casting?

That could be because so many units in SC2 don't actually do damage until they finish their animation. If BW units start their animation it will be a hit. For the drone to even be able to do the moving shot it has to have its damage point (the time from the start of animation to when it actually does damage) to a really low value like .01. Same with mutas and any unit that wants to be able to do a moving shot.

Lol everyone is just hurting for the day we see a solid remake of the original game with the latest and greatest GPU hardware to run an HD interpretation of the classics.(vanilla and Broodwar ). I myself worked on a Broodwar remake for Warcraft III:

I think that the vulture patrol micro could be a bit more like BW micro if you increased the turn rate of vultures, right now it feels kind of off. Not as fast as BW vults.

Also, spidermines don't activate and hit DTs. DTs just walk up and kill them with no problems.

alright, i have renamed fighting spirit in the melee section of starcraft 2. it's a brand new map basically. this is the only way i could remove the already fixed bugs.
from my testing, larva works correctly, scourge work correctly, siege tanks siege near cliffs. im pretty confident most of it should be fixed.

going to continue some more testing.

Does someone is working in a ICCUP sc2bw? he would be nice. (the elo system seen to not work well)

Hmm reaver can't shoot from high to low and vice versa. Dragoons miss when shooting from down to top. But I think they miss if u move before the bullet hits.

Can you make building control groups an option?

I think the most important feature have to show the ranking how the player. Players need to have goal.

Hm, just considering how people think, it is more likely for people to ask other players if there is a SC2 mode if the default is BW mode than vice versa, since it is a mod on the SC2 engine. BW people may just assume there is no way to have a BW mode if they just start the game on default SC2 settings.
From what I see, the majority of people play this on BW mode, anyway.
Just my 2 cents.
If you are going to switch it to default BW mode, I think waiting for the next patch is fine. No need to re-upload just for that.

Regarding dragoons missing, you have to note that the BW mechanic for low to high shooting is a 50% hit chance. This is already implemented in SC2BW. If you can reproduce this consistently (moving before bullet hits, etc) and report back, that would be nice.

Friendly note to all: Be sure to "Create" and not "Join", so you can set either BW or SC2 mode (3 customisable settings).

I think for casual player, like 99% of the people who never play seriouly BW prefer the sc2 engine.
