well if 2 vultures are sitting there next to each other making a slight indent a 3rd vulture will slam into this indent and get stuck there forever glitching. in bw units eventually work their way around.
it'd also make units clump up pretty hard. currently i dont mind it that units have that glitchy movement where they suddenly decide to go off random directions when groups of units are moving. it spreads them out slightly

So uhh, another thing. I know you said the MBS trigger thing was based on latency. But is there anyway to interupt a trigger when you press a new hotkey. For example. Say i have 13 probes. I drag a box over those probes, then select an induvidual probe straight after. The MBS trigger then reselects ALL my probes and then selects 12 probes. So say i'm spamming away in the early game, i am box-selecting nexus. then i click a probe to go build my cyber core, the MBS trigger kicks in and i end up sending all my probes to a location to build the core instead of 1 probe. This is pretty much breaking the game for me at the moment. my only option is to play really fucking slowly. surely theres some way to stop this

i dont think so im sorry  the only way i can get it to work currently is by adding all selected units to a group removing units from that group until it's down to 12 or 1 building reselecting that unit group
i can't simply remove units from selected units for player and although i have conditions in the trigger so that it will only reselect units if they remain selected by the player, the server will think you have when infact on your client you have selected a different unit(s)
i've always considered this method temporary until i can find a better method or blizzard properly implements a way to modify selection client side.
the only solution i can think of is to make the trigger slower, giving it a 1 second delay. this would make cheating it easier but it would allow time for client side selection to update on the server. this would simply make everyone playing BW settings have to use the honor system however

i might have a solution kiante, testing it now, basically i was wrong in the assumption that you cannot simply deselect units, you have to reselect a unit group. so this wont stop the delay. but it should stop the game forcing you to reselect units you've already deselected.
it will however. if you select a group of units and. say. hotkey them. then select different group of units but some units were in the first group. those units will probably get deselected.
im leaning towards that being a better thing than it is currently.
new trigger also runs off an event, not a timer and takes 0.025ms to run so it'll be slightly more responsive too i guess.

that sounds problematic too.
example: I have 15 goons. i have them on 2 hotkeys. i 1a2a then select 6 of the goons at the front of my attack and move them into the choke so my units are all attacking isntead of glitching at the choke. if that selection of 6 goons will be modified becasue i had some of them selected in my 2nd control group, and as a rsult only 4 of the goons move forwards, thats potentially even more game breaking than simply me fucking up my probes when i'm spamming

well, it wont run unless you select more than 12 units so in that exact situation it wont happen but if you selected 20 goons and amoved or whatever and then selected the bottom half to spread them or something they would get deselected i would imagine

still waiting. i probably need to relocalise the entire thing and argh. releasing a new update currently has become a massive, tedious, pain in the ass job  i found a way around maps taking 3-5 minutes to load in the editor. but localization is still a tedious and time consuming job. although now that i think about it the new trigger method should make it less time consuming... hmm.
anyway, i'll probably do an update in a day or two for the new selection limit triggers and i'll get it all ready for EU/KR then also.

iirc there's a SC2:BW BGH map, no? I'm not sure if you can choose the correct settings (I remember there being a SC2 non-BW version of BGH where you can choose to go 2v2v2v2 with unlocked alliances ^^ not sure if the BW version is the same)

so will be seperate rating for each race and both game modes (so 6 seperate ratings i guess). and matchup stats is something im happy i got working no support for random andddd... im not sure i can devise a way to check HC rating while in SC2 mode. will have to see. hoping i can incorporate more stats like average apm and game length (but both of these seem difficult at first glance)
