Play Fantasy Proleague! It's fun, easy, and makes watching Proleague much more exciting. You don't need to spend any time on managing your team during the season if you don't want to. If you don't fully understand the rules, don't worry. The basic thing to remember is, pick players for your "Main Team" that you think will do well, and pick players for your "Anti Team" who you think will do poorly.

How to Play
You choose 6 players and 1 Pro Team that score points when they play well.
You pick 3 players that lose you points when they play well.
Players and teams can be traded between weeks for those valued less than them.
Check lineups each week! Players facing weak teams are generally more valuable.
Don't make trades just for sake of making trades, as they cost you trade tax points and you may get stuck with a player you don't want
The trade price formula takes into account number of matches remaining -- so players with more matches remaining will have higher prices
You must trade for players with less value, but try to minimize the value loss. For example, if you trade someone worth 30 for someone worth 20, next week you can only trade the 20 for someone less. It's much better to trade the 30 for someone worth 29.
Groups
You will be able to create and join groups so you can compare your results with a smaller subset of the players, for example there might be a Staff Group, a First Time FPL Group, a USA Players Group, or a group created by you with just your friends.
mh I find it really hard to pick a team this time... Everyones so much worse than Jaedong and Flash and those two cost so freakin much...right now I have both MVP and ruby in my team... yuk...
Not worth it if I was playing in this(sorry but.... really? free $19.00 shirt instead of some gift card or money? I would rather just have the money than the shirt myself....)

Fantasy PL is meant to be fun for users. Nobody plays it to win the prize, 99.99% of people play because its enjoyable -- all the previous seasons had no prize and we had thousands of participants.
You act like TL owes you something for your participation in FPL, when its a service meant to allow users to have fun. It doesn't matter if you participate or not, its not like one more person adds anything to the game.
Your attitude is ridiculous. Here, I'll remove the choice to play or not for you.
Maybe this will make me pay attention a little more to these mid week games. Ah well, this team is in it for the full 7 weeks. Hoping luck is one my side for the free T!

Their faces would fit nicely to the banner as well
Pretty sure BackHo's gotta be Hwaseung's top protoss, right? I don't see how he couldn't outscore his 1 point cost.
Last time i make a bad time but now i have understood how it works and I will win for sure! (however 30 are too little points to make a good team..i need at least 50 T.T)
Hogil is gonna play 90% of all hite matches dude >_>
hmpf I guess you're right.. but hes the worst out of all the 4 point guys and most of these are in the line up almost all the time... Best and hyun would be alternatives I guess.. but hyun also plays all the time, best sometimes even for ace
Once again, everyone is welcome in last season's largest user-made group, 'no trading'! It's the perfect way to keep your FPL-related procrastination to a minimum, while still having chances in a challenging competition, a whole new FPL experience!
Also, shouldn't Yarnc (or is that Luxury) be taken off the FPL banner? Actually, it wouldn't matter which of the twins it was, if you know what I mean.
Very unlikely that Action will score that many points this round, despite his late game ZvT he still has lots of holes in his game, I dont think he'll fix them that fast, baby on the other hand was on a fast fast rise.
Dont know if my picking of baby is a good idea though... but I have the points for a 7 point dude and effort doesnt always play and I have strong doubts about Leta's condition with all the hite drama going on + Show Spoiler +
- RorO should Never, Ever be on an anti-team. - Really goes on the left side of your roster, NOT the right Side. - Bisu as a 5-point anti-pick is a Really dangerous choice. Is your five Point pick Really worth chancing Bisu, who will be playing almost every set and some ACE matches? - hite regulars Just got bumped to super-regulars. If you put them on your anti-team, you are going to die. - SoulKey is a great pick for your anti-team if you Love watching up-and-coming players get more and more games while your score plummets - Horang2 is probably a steal at 5 points (as stupid as that sounds)
This is my team right now. Does anyone with good FPL have anything to suggest? I really thought about getting rid of Flash so I could then use the extra points to get someone better than Yellow, but I think in the end Flash (or JD) will be more than worth it right? In addition Flash won't have any serious individual league challenges to worry about (he is seeded deep into both) until the last 4th of R5...
However I could always drop him for someone like Kal and try and replace Yellow with Violet, etc.
Stats and ForGG have both been preforming well on KT and KT will probably have a decent round so I figure they will get lineup points, victory points, and team win points..
I chose OZ as my team because I think they will make a good drive for the playoffs and preform well in R5...
Movie is there not so much because I think he'll win often but because he'll probably do 55% winrate in R5, show up in the CJ lineup consistently and CJ as a team has been streaking recently...
I'm gambling on Classic making a breakthrough in R5
Oh and on anti, I chose Anytime because he's a sub 50% player on ace, which will lose very often. Then I chose Jangbi and Great because they are on Khan, which I also expect to do poorly in R5. Jangbi is slumping and Great isn't too great to begin with.
I almost chose Bisu for anti but I think it's not worth the risk seeing as he's sent in most of SKT's lineups and will probably preform better (as will SKT in general as they try and hold on to a playoff spot.) overall i think Bisu will kill alot of anti teams

Thoughts?
Having 3 players on the same team doesn't generally work too well; I tried that with Kwanro/Free/Zero last round and I completely failed. And for the price of Flash you could get Effort/Fantasy and Free/Kwanro/Sea/Midas Stats, this way you could replace yellow and get more points.
Downgrade Light to Kwanro Sparkyz are gonna be terrible they lost like half their players to the scandal
Maybe rather Zero than Light?
Zero and Light are priced the same. Kwanro is actually better than you'd think. Also I advise you to get Jangbi off your team and instead get 2 5-pointers; there's a lot of overpriced 5 pointers such as Horang2, great, Flying, etc.
I have confidence in Jaedong and FanTaSy to get constantly lined-up and get me some points. While I believe that ruBy will also get alot of action at ACE and he has performed good for the last round in my eyes.
BackHo seems to be the new revelation, everyone's picking him. So I confide with the community here and because the YellOw pick after ruBy I had one more point left from my original pick as Sea. So that went into Horang2.

As a Sparkyz fan, gotta disagree with you. The team is totally demoralized and the "big three" of Leta, Hogil and Horang2 are all the kind of players that don't excel under pressure. A lot of teams have an ace player that can handle Leta now. The 4th player tends to be Puma, who seems to be from the classic "win in practice, lose in the booth" mold. I am expecting a depressing downward spiral of losses for Hite players this round.

Horang or Hyuk???
I'd take Horang2.
Let me put it this way, Hite is dead. They can't make the playoff.
The only reason Horang2 is worth 5 is because he got lucky and played like only Protoss, his one good matchup, in the proleague.
Hite is now a three men team consisted of Leta, HoGiL and Horang2 + a bunch of b-team scrubs.
Do you think Horang2 is capable of taking the pressure and perform?
On the other hand, Hyuk is T1's motherficking Zerg Ace. Has Horang2 ever all-killed STX before? Has Horang2 ever been hailed as the next bonjwa before? Has Horang2 ever played and won an Ace match before?

If only gary busey was a SCBW pro. I would totally pick him. IMO put gary busey in the system lol. Give him a cost equal to jaedong or flash. Make it so if people choose him for anti-team they instantly lose 500 points.

You can only pick 3 for your AT. GL finding three worth 13 total that won't play, lol.

My point is finding 1 that will and 2 that wont. But you'd have to pick a pretty high profile player to balance out the two players that arent worth a lot.

Action Free. Free is the better player between him and kwanro imo, he saw more games than kwanro did as well last round. And you wouldn't want to have free and kwanro as you'd be hedging on woongjin a bit too much. action free gives diversification and action is a good choice over kwanro.

Not necessarily. You see, Kwanro was sick and was sent home according to his most recent interview.
Hence, Kwanro's absence was not due to a decline in term of skill, but rather illness.
Action's late game ZvT rivals or surpasses even Jaedong's. However, he's fail when it comes to ZvZ. Kwanro is a more rounded player in a better team.
Oh, and if you pick Bisu for anti, prepare to be raped.
Hi guys, im new to this Fantsy PL, where in my profile can i see the team i picked? Or will that come later? Tried checking my profile, but cant find anything there. Sorry for noob questions >.<

In the menu on top, just below the 'L' of the team liquid logo, is a menu item 'Fantasy'. Click that and you should be on your way.

Yes, I found that and made my team, but after i push submit nothing happens. Shouldn't there be someplace I can "manage" the my team? Or is it too early?
It's a bit early for that. You should be able to view your team as a forum post coded text. And you can change your team for now. Lateron, you can see statistics of performance, and in certain periods (inbetween rounds) you can make trades.
thoughts on my team? Since the top teams last season had either one of Jaedong or Flash in their teams, I'm thinking the same will hold true this round so I'm going with the dong. Really is also here because he sees ace games so he's worth a 6.

It doesn't matter if lots of players can handle Leta in ACE match - Just the fact that he or Horang2 will probably be played every time it goes to ACE, and will definitely appear on the roster each week, ensures that they are going to be worth a lot more points than anyone thinks.
This is the same ReasoNRorO bites people in the asS every single season. Don't put a player on your anti-team when they are likely to play ~once per match because they are the Only player of X race on their Team. A 50% player with no racial competition is going to be worth points, Just like BackHo used to be.
Horang2 is going to Ruin so many anti-teams this round.

Regardless, Kwanro's game against effort was has heart-wrenching to watch as his win was stolen from him when it was handed to him on a silver platter.
While kwanro might be more well-rounded, Action will see more games than him as estro plays him much more than woongjin plays kwanro even with his presence the whole season. And again Free kwanro gives 2 woongjins, which can be a gamble, while action free gives diversification. Action and free have played way more Aces than kwanro (kwanro played 0 ace matches last round). It seems pretty straight up to me.

There's a theme to my choices... originally I was going to do a screw it samsung khan line up but I couldn't help myself << tehre were some really good deals. Gambling on a good run by tosses (especially Bisu) and Hero doing his zvP
After watching Jae Dong get humiliated by Flash, I wonder if anyone will gamble and put Dong on the anti... Sure you may lose 30 points from him, but you'll also have 2 "1" pointers who should cost you at most 5 points. And who knows if Dong tailspins...
I have Sea and Free as sort of gambles; I don't know if they'll be that good value-wise. I'm also relying on Snow and Really to pull out the stops, but i hope fOrGG can do well - with the help of kT, i think he can. On my anti, I don't know about putting Light...
Basically, banking pretty heavily on KT crushing OZ in the first PL match they have. I wish KT were a little cheaper given their abysmal performance last round, because if they were just one or two points cheaper I might've been able to finangle Flash into my team somewhere, but the dual combination of them was way too much. I'm fairly happy with this, atleast. Praying that Effort doesn't pull a ForGG and fade into mediocrity after an SL title.
Holy shit it was the harder pick ever... especially Anti... Due to the scoring I tried to take team aces and players having a LOT of playtime, I'm not sure how it will turn out though... EffOrt and Leta are obvious, Sea is a gamble, he did horridly and barely played last round.... so he's even cheaper, I've gotta hope -_-' I then had to take cheap players... CJ had Hydra and Movie, Hydra had quite a lot of playtime last round cause EffOrt was busy, he should get a bit less this time, and Movie doesn't play much since Snow is kicking ass but he seemed a better choice to me. Classic was a no-brainer, eSTRO roster having 5 players, and hyvaa sucking ass while Classic is 5-0 (I haven't seen his games, maybe it's just luck.. I hope not.)
And why Soulkey when Kwanro and ZerO are obviously better ? That's what I think, too, but Kwanro is not sent THAT often and ZerO is choking a bit, so he might appear more than we think. And Stars doesn't have a whole lot of backup players, Guemchi ? MVP ? ahah. I really wanted to take Mind, but with BaBy and Midas owning, and FOX having a whole lot of players, he wouldn't play that much I guess.
The anti team was a realllllyyyyy difficult choice, no players at 5+ are really sucking, soooooo, I had to gamble a lot. Great seems to keep losing, BUT he is sent nearly every match, so this could be UGLY. Violet doesn't play a lot since Stats plays well and ForGG came back, let's continue plspls, and Iris shouldn't get a lot of playtime. I could have put Mind here, but hey, why not ?
Regrets ? Not having Kwanro, I like him. I tried with PuMa who should play a lot, but he seems really awful... I wanted to put Jaedong in, but it was impossible, I tried Zero/kwanro/leta/movie/effort/random, but I had to put ACE, and it's a whole lot of points... I'd have liked ONE more point to take another team, but I really couldn't without crippling myself.
I really want to do better than top30 this time, but I'm not hoping too much. Then again, I guess everyone had to do hard choices so, who knows....
how exactly can u pick a team? do i have to signup first or is there some hidden button somewhere in the fpl menu? it just says my team does not exist and i dont see where to create one. yes, i guess im very dumb somehow XD"
