I honestly didn't consider him before because his slot in general has just been so inactive. I know in Newbie LX he was lurky town. Has he ever been borderline inactive as town? But I know you play with him elsewhere, and if his meta is a lurky scumgame, your vote makes perfect sense. | ||

"People" aren't defending Dwarf. It's just prplhz whom some of us take issue with and we're hinting at a double standard in teh way he's treating Bourne and Dwarf. Most of us are nulling him, he's a policy vote for most of us. | ||

What I did do is I took (arguably) the most suspicious part of prplhz's filter, and I showed why I view it as towny. I don't see at all why prplhz would decide to switch to Stutters695 to mislynch him instead of plotspot. I mean, I suppose it's possible, but I don't think that this is something that mafia would want to do, as the gain feels minimal, while the amount of work required is much more. Getting the lynch off of plotspot wasn't very likely anyway. I just don't think that the mafia motivation to do this is significant. On April 15 2015 02:14 Half the Sky wrote: I just don't see it. He's not really worth defending, unless he's the roleblocker, and maybe even then. TheBloodyDwarf stands a good chance of being lynched at some point in the game, and if he does flip scum, prplhz will look very bad for his defense. Yes, it's possible that his push on Stutters695 was done as scum. Yes, it's possible that prplhz is scum with TheBloodyDwarf and is thus defending him while trying to get Bourneq lynched. But neither of those reasons really implicate him. And concluding that prplhz is scum because of this ignores the rest of his filter, in which he has been extremely active and has been trying to solve the game. I don't see why it should be assumed that these actions are scummy, when they could just as easily (if not moreso) come from town, given prplhz's overall filter level. | ||

I just don't have much time today at all. I spend yesterday catching up on the thread, which took basically the whole day. And today, I only have an hour and a half to actually prepare for the lynch. I was townreading Breshke earlier, but maybe people are on to something, as it seems that a lot of people want to lynch him. I'll spend maybe ten minutes looking at him now, but perhaps that is something for people to look in to. | ||

His vote on me was without interacting with me at all, even when I tried. He clarifies stuff, asks a question and drops it, with the exception of plot, whom he dropped. I don't even mind him dropping plot but he has offered nothing outside of it and even his plot case was underwhelming. The.100% town thing isn't a good reason and prpl knows it. So the only thing he's really said is about plot posting "feelers" to change his vote and that plot didn't give off townie paranoia. Hardly groundbreaking analysis. | ||

See you guys (hopefully) before the deadline. Final note, did anyone else find The Shining's phrasing weird? " I am not sure what you meant by "read switches". Early on in the day I was getting bad vibes from tbd who was acting pretty suspicious to me. But it was early on in the day so I was going to give him time to redeem himself. He did not do much of anything for the rest of the day while plotspot was making a very bad case for himself and I thought that my reads on him were stronger than thoose I had on tbd. Somewhere in the middle of d1 I am asked who I would vote on if I had to vote that very second. I answered Ace because I did not feel enough information had surfaced on anybody so a policy lynch would be in good order. First, I'm glad you're voting Dwarf. Second, the way I read your list post you basically scummed everysingle person on that list except for Breshke. Later you said you only have 2 scums...Can you update please? | ||
