Let's say I am told that I'm choosing for a fire style pokemon and I don't like the guy. Could I, hypothecially speaking, give him some garbage role that has nothing to do with his specials? :p I guess that's a little exaggerated but do I have to choose KP roles if their ability is being good at KP roles? Edit: Oh nevermind about the "if I get someone I don't like", it's anonymous but the question's still the same. | ||

Its just a small incentive really to help balance role distribution, its not a mandatory thing at all. Sure a Squirtle that knows Flamethrower would be fun anyway  | ||

Think about if you had, say, Hitmonlee as the player you have to give your powers. Give him Endure, Hi Jump Kick, Foresight and Meditate. Endure makes him survive ANY amount of KP regardless of the source for the night, leaving with 0.1KP of life in case he would die, but make him no able to be targeted for the next night Hi Jump Kick causes 1.5KP, but if the target is protected/avoids it somehow, user takes 0.5KP instead. Foresight makes target unable to be protected/avoid attacks for the next night Meditate adds an Attack and a Defense boost to Hitmonlee, boosting HJK by 0.15kp and reducing incoming KP by 0.15. You can only use one ability per night. Like, I made this just right now. It's not incredibly strong since there is a drawback for every ability, and it's incredibly interesting. Hopefully players in this game like Pokemon as much as I do to create interesting roles like that. Hopefully, everyone has 4 abilities LOL :D http://serebii.net/pokedex/ Use this if you want to create gen1-like pokemons for roles! :D | ||
