Well, thanks to the inestimable help of another player we figured out that the third part of why's cypher gives us the word vigenere which is a type of cypher, probably the one why is using to encode everything, if anyone can help decode the message it would be appreciated as we seem to be a little stuck

Vigenere cipher, is a semi-complicated cipher to people who have never seen it before. It looks unbreakable unless you know the key word. (It still isn't though :p) Using a decoder, because I am too lazy to do it by hand, with the key word being eight,

I find it ironic that deconduo's help was essential to cracking a code that puts him in the spotlight as a prime suspect, I do believe he has been playing pro town all game and assuming atheotes was mafia then there was no reason for him to claim to a fellow mafia member, so I suspect Insanious of being mafia much more than deconduo, however it is possible deconduo is part of a 3rd party or a serial killer with a separate win condition

perhaps you are right about fluffy though, he did lie, but hes not mafia. He may be a third party which explains the bandwagon well enough.

Once you are dead, you are free from any guidelines or constraints your role may have placed on you.
Unless pever has abrasively ignored his own OP, then I am not plainly wrong. Pever would have had to included this as not only part of the role description, but also have given a brand new penalty on the role after you died, where you could not say the name. I feel like leaving a code is a loophole if pever didnt want you to claim it. Since he hasn't said anything to your "conclusion" when why could have just said it, I am calling bullshit.
Either why is feeding you nonsense, or you and him are creating the nonsense together. Ask pever o clarify this if you have the gall too.
