Kayle ult is just so insane with fights lasting like 5 seconds (unless you are Bwipo who doesn't use it until the obvious CC chain has already hit you). Given how things go, I'm kinda surprised no one has tried to make Kindred work. Taric also maybe, but your ally is probably dead half the time before his ult goes off. LOL? Also not prioritizing Zhonyas on anyone who can get it into a build feels like downright malpractice. Anytime someone uses even decently, your team has won the fight before you get out of stasis.

Edit: 'Troll' draft from SKT and they still beat Splyce easily lol

Vizi is probably going to just be outright outclassed by Khan, bigger gap than TheShy and Sword. Humanoid might get some nice kills, but Faker macro is miles ahead of him. Everyone except Kobbe just seems horribly outclassed, but not surprising.

He also doesn't understand that teams like SKT know how desperate he is looking to make picks, so they ward in seemingly weird positions just so they can pick him off themselves. A lot of SKT wards were specifically placed in Blitz hook positions, not for catching Splyce rotations. And of course SKT would ward vs Blitz, that is about the champion not Norskeren. Also it was Humanoids overzealous 1v4 engage that set Splyce on the losing path after they had worked their way back. Also got Draven his first kill.

First the top laner dies to an obvious gank and falls massively behind, then he calls for jungler assistance, the jungler comes and donates red buff to the other top laner and proceeds to never show up top ever again. Kaisa is disgustingly good. To be fair to him, Humanoid sitting in lane basically forced him to die or lose 2 to 3 waves in an already unfavourable match-up. He was boned either way.
