given C9 and TSM are only one game apart and C9 winning head to head,l its safe to say the skill level of C9 is equivalent to TSM

The only team TSM can beat by the looks of it is MIDAS or maybe Prime Optimus.
If you count getting relegated every season as 'doing well in OGN', sure, TSM will '' do well''
